An accident happened on 09.07.2013 at Vapi, Gujarat. I have surrender my vehicle bering RTO regestration no GJ15 XX 7278 to M/s SAMRAT CARS PVT LTD at Vapi, Gujarat. Till today our vehicle has not repaired.
No body authorised there to take a call and respond my matter. On the time of sale of vehicle they announced lot of benifite in respect of all customer complaints initiation and solution within a week day only.
Last two month my vehicel detainded at SAMRAT who is responsible to pay my loan instalments and salary of driver and cleaner.
Kindly respond as soon as possible and obliged us.
