I had cancelled my bus ticket for goa to bangalore on 18th october and i am awaiting the refund since then. its almost a month and nothing has been done about it. Several mails/calls nothing has helped. Once i cancelled these are the details received

Total Fare: Rs.1,564.00
Cancelled Fare: Rs.156.40
Refund Amount: Rs.1,407.60
Refund Cash Amount: 1407.6 - 70.38 (1407.6 * 5.0 %) = Rs.1,337.22
