[Resolved]  Seabird Tourists — Harassment and ill treatment to senior citizens by driver and conductor

Do not travel by Seabird. Their bus staff is arrogant and ill mannered to the point of harassment. While travelling from Bangalore to Goa on a Seabird bus on 1st December 2014, my parents fell very ill and started vomiting. They were not able to bear the pitching and rolling due to rash driving in the ghat roads. For this the driver and the conductor started abusing in foul language and threatened to evict them midway in the dead of the night. They should instead be helping sick passengers and if necessary stop by medicine shop/clinic/hospital. The arrogant driver was not even heeding to requests for careful driving from the other passengers. Such insensitive and careless people have no business to be in a service industry.
