[Resolved]  SONA TRAVELS — Horrible servicing

Boarded the SOna travels bus from Koyambed on 28th Sept 6:30 pm. After 3 hours of travel at around 9:30 pm, I was stranded at some dungy village area near Trichy, in TN, along with many young ladies like myself when the overnight bus broke down and the drivers vanished from the scene at night 9:45 pm. The drivers and bus owners switched off their phones and it was very frustrating, Many passengers like me trying all numbers they have in hand to get through someone and carry on. This ordeal continues till 2:00am in the morning when finally I called 108 and highway police came for our help. The bus drivers, finally after atleast 5 hours of absconding, took us to Palakkad in a dingy bus which punctured its tyres on the way!! And despite all this, they demanded more money for alternative transport diesel.

We, took 24 hours to reach a destination we should in ideal time, take just 11 hours. That was SONA travel service.
On calling the company's customer complaint number to lodge complaint and tell them ways to improve- They didnt even apologize. Instead the man on the other hand, was roaring trying to say that he was right and he had NOTHING to do with it.So much for chivalry.
