We had booked a bus from chennai to coaching. They kept waiting us for about one and a half hours and then informed that the bus was under repair. The travel staff asked some o[censored]s to get into another bus if their travel that came along. We being 2 ladies were asked sit at the back seat with another 3 men who were totally strangers to us. While during the journey we even had a guy misbehave to us. Horrible servicing

Boarded the SOna travels bus from Koyambed on 28th Sept 6:30 pm. After 3 hours of travel at around 9:30 pm, I was stranded at some dungy village area near Trichy, in TN, along with many young ladies like myself when the overnight bus broke down and the drivers vanished from the scene at night 9:45 pm.
