I am writing to request a refund and resolution for the PUMA Unisex Ad-Court Indoor Sports Shoes (Order ID:[protected], purchased on 26 July 2026). While I have used several PUMA shoes before without any issues, this particular pair has caused significant ankle pain in both legs while playing badminton. I have also used other brands such as Nivia and Asics without discomfort, so this problem seems specific to this product.

Given the pain and unsuitability of the shoes, I kindly request:

A refund for the purchase, or

Guidance on an appropriate resolution.
