Everyone from a floor agents to supervisors are lieing to me every single time I call in for support. They just keep giving me dates and and me a call back for the there end last week when I spoke to a supervisor he jaunt said he will make sure the manual refund link will be sent to my mail address and he will ring me on my alternate number which is [protected] to confirm that by the send of Saturday he promised me that he’ll do so, but he just lied. I want the link to be sent by the end of this day or else I will officially lodge a complaint with all the evidences. This is my final warning I have been lied for a month from 8-9 people from puma's end. And this won’t end good anymore

          Order summary is not reflecting in the app.

          I ordered a t-shirt from puma app. And made the payment through UPI and amount too got dedcuted but the order summary is not reflecting in app. The order is also not yet placed.How can I track my order? This is really disappointing. Kindly resolve this issue Asap or refund my amount....

          Hi,

          I wish to inform you that I had purchased a pair of shoes on the Order Number[protected]/2403664, from your official site on dated -28.11 2022 and total amount paid was Rs-6411.79 On unpacking the box at home it looks ok and when i wear first time than, I found that both the shoes are defective and some blue colour is coming up and being a regular buyer of your brand’s product make it difficult for me to accept the product recieved and trust on brand, i am very upset with the quality and defective product which i recieved, i can’t believe that being a popular brand such low quality product will be provided to the customer and i have attached the copy of invoide and shoes picture with this mail and also cross checked same invoice at Exclusive Puma store but they said it is not original and shoes is relplica, please check.

          I, therefore, request you to kindly replace the pair with a new one or refund the money.

          I will be thankful if the matter can be attended to at the earliest.

            I have placed an order of shoes and jacket but after payment, amount got deducted but i haven't received any mail from them. On checking in orders it's showing "you have not placed any order yet"

                I ordered (order Number[protected] Shoes from Puma web for my wife and which was delivered on december 24 . Shoe size is not best fit for my wife, so i initiate refund on the same day (December 24)

                According to the Puma website, the Return Package will be picked in between 3-5 business days and our return package will not be picked up even after 5 business days . so, my wife called Puma and told them about this issue and they provided a new time frame of 29 december to 3 january .

                Between 29 december to 3 january . me and my wife call the puma customer service center every day and ask when the package will be picked up . We made more than 10 calls in the last 5 days for updates . Whenever we call a representative, we will simply repeat the same sentences that " we are assuring you that your package will be picked up today" .They are simply behaving like robots . Every after the call they provide an email but not a single effort was taken to resolve this issue . I told them now it's high time and needed to talk with the manager, but the service Agent replied that they cannot transfer my call to the manager. even my wife got that message on her personal cell with tracking number, courier company name and contact person name . when my wife calls them they make excuses like that address is too far, address is incomplete etc. Even we offer that we can drop Product to their location but they do not agree on that either.

                On my last call on 3rd january, the Agent told me that it will be resolved today and the order will be picked before the end of the day . She and her team will closely monitor the issue and give us an update in 2 hours but as they make false promises nobody comes to pick the Package.

                This is completely awful service from a company which is claiming to be the number one Sport company of that country.

                  I have ordered a puma sneakers from myntra . I have been a regular customers. I was facing problems with the quality, shoes were not at all comfortable on wearing, I cannot walk comfortably I have submitted a request to return it. It says you can return till 9 Jan.                                   Late on confirmation messages and mail

                                  Today i order from puma app and order was confirmed but i did not received any mail or message for my order confirmation. First time i used this app and give me headache.even on app showing nothing ordered yet.money is deducted and no responce from puma.I thought like another it will more featured but actually not.disappointing.Atleast give us a confirmation mail or message that you received our order....
