Dear Team Puma,

I have ordered the same product from your website on 18th Jan 2023 but the same has not been delivered to me yet, as on date 16/02/2023 I have called customer care to know the status of delivery then she refused to deliver the product as there was some price mismatch.

As I have ordered the same product in very good faith on the name of Puma Brand so why is it making its customers fool.

If I have ordered the same should be delivered to me and I am ready to pay the amount for which I have ordered.

I request the company Puma to please look into the matter, otherwise I'll need to take the help of the consumer forum, as it is our right.

I have attached the screenshots and original tax invoice of the order.

    It’s not even been 1 year for my shoe and I washed them for the very first time. It’s green colour and blue colour have spell all over the white area on my shoes and my shoes have become very much colourful now. It’s this the quality of a 10k puma shoe?

        I have order 2 trainers on the 25th of November 2022, which were never delivered by Evri.
        I have contacted Puma on the 16th of January 2023 for a refund as the delivery was no were to be found, to which they told me the refund process will only start once they receive the parcel at their warehouse. Today, the 11th of February 2023 I still have no updates, no refund, not even the process started. Puma doesn’t provide any insurances to their customers, this is completely unacceptable! It has been 3 months now!

          I ordered a jacket from puma I did payment via net banking (Google pay) but order isn't placed i have screenshot of amount of money i have transmitted via Google pay

          I got totally scammed
          As you can see in this screenshot 2089.5 rupees I payed to puma please i request you to bring my money back

            I had purchased more than 20 caps from puma online. But 2 caps from that was not suitable for me. which was returned back but they have refunded less than a half amount of refund.
            the said return item discounted rate is mentioned 1298/- for 2 pc.
            I got 25% extra discount in promotional offer i.e 1298/- less 25% = 973.50 for 2 pc.
            Both cap has been returned back and amount of 973.50 should be refunded back.
            But I had received only 462.41 refund.
            511.09 is still pending for refund.

              Ordered trainers last year never received them after lots emails sent and phone calls been told I will receive refund but still nothing!!!Never knew so disgusting company in my life!!Just want my money back!!!

                So recently I tried to order shoes from puma, and this money was debited from my account and order was not placed, 3 days have gone but yet no refund from puma, or any contact from their customer service, please help resolve this and refund my money

                      The order was returned on 15th Oct 2022 and till date the refund has not been processed to the source.
                      I have been mailing and calling repeatedly but in vain there is only one response “ sorry for inconvenience, your issue has been escalated and is taking more time than usual.

                      Kindly resolve the issue with refund or else just deny that you can’t refund the amount. It is a harassment to customers.

                          I ordered a puma sneakers from the application and it was in offer
                          And the order got places successfully and after 2 hours the seller has cancelled the order and now the product is not available on the puma application and i am getting that sneakers on very low price how can you guys cancel it after order is done.

                            Everyone from a floor agents to supervisors are lieing to me every single time I call in for support. They just keep giving me dates and and me a call back for the there end last week when I spoke to a supervisor he jaunt said he will make sure the manual refund link will be sent to my mail address and he will ring me on my alternate number which is [protected] to confirm that by the send of Saturday he promised me that he’ll do so, but he just lied. I want the link to be sent by the end of this day or else I will officially lodge a complaint with all the evidences. This is my final warning I have been lied for a month from 8-9 people from puma's end. And this won’t end good anymore

                                    I ordered a t-shirt from puma app. And made the payment through UPI and amount too got dedcuted but the order summary is not reflecting in app. The order is also not yet placed.How can I track my order?                                       I wish to inform you that I had purchased a pair of shoes on the Order Number[protected]/2403664, from your official site on dated -28.11 2022 and total amount paid was Rs-6411.79 On unpacking the box at home it looks ok and when i wear first time than, I found that both the shoes are defective and some blue colour is coming up and being a regular buyer of your brand’s product make it difficult for me to accept the product recieved and trust on brand, i am very upset with the quality and defective product which i recieved, i can’t believe that being a popular brand such low quality product will be provided to the customer and i have attached the copy of invoide and shoes picture with this mail and also cross checked same invoice at Exclusive Puma store but they said it is not original and shoes is relplica, please check.

                                      I, therefore, request you to kindly replace the pair with a new one or refund the money.

                                      I will be thankful if the matter can be attended to at the earliest.
