    I ordered Puma sweat pants on 15 September 2022 and returned the item on 20 September 2022 but I did not receive any refund mail from Puma and customer care is just talking irrelevant and not sending me any 'Puma Refunds' mail to claim my amount.

      I ordered two trackpants on 3rd of July and asked for a refund, they asked me to wait for 14 days and it has been more than 3 months as today is 7th of Octoberm Whenever I call they ask me to wait for 5 days and then no call no email is received. All the agents say that we have prioritiezed your concern and it will be resolved within 5 days and so does their supervisor say but still no confirmation. They are doing fraud with their customers by giving them fake promises. My ticket number is 556375. Highly disappointed.

          मेने इस कम्पनी का चप्पल कुछ समय पहले c21 mall, Indore से ख़रीदा था, जिसकी तीन माह की वॉरंटी थी, उस अवधि के पहले ही वह ख़राब हो गयी जो की में स्टोर पर जाकर बताई और उन्होंने चार दिन का कहकर कहा कि यह चप्पल हम नहि रख पाएँगे, हम सिर्फ़ कम्पनी को mail कर सकते हैं, कम्पनी चार दिन के अंदर हमें mail करेगी तो आपसे सम्पर्क किया जाएगा।स्टोर का और कम्पनी का अभी तक कोई रेसपोंस नहि आया है, आपके द्वारा तीन कार्यदिवस के अंदर रेसपोंस न देने पर मैं स्टोर या कम्पनी या दोनों के ख़िलाफ़ उचित क़ानूनी कार्यवाही करूँगा . धन्यवाद .

            I ordered a shoe from puma online through UPI, my money got debited and my order status says failed, i tried contacting customer care it said no one at the office when I call so I tried emailing them and guess what, the website crashed and all the thing i typed was a waste of time, i tried the ticket thing and it crashed again. I have to contact them again tommorow about this and i got scammed by puma with the promo code, i got the code from phone pe, before sign up, i tried to buy a shoe without sign up or login, i was in the billing section and i applied the promo code but then the website crashed and my billing process terminated, i signed up and logged in and then buying the same shoe again and this time i couldn't apply the promo code, it says it's already used bit i haven't used it at all, this was a huge scam by far i had ever experienced

                I bought puma running shoes from amazon after one month o[censored]se, the inside of sole, hole has been formed. there were no misuse and other part of the shoes on good condition. this was clearly a quality issue. they are claiming insole is not covered under warranty. but there is no clear indication about insoles on warranty policy of puma.

                    My name is Ravindra Patil.I ordered a sandal from puma app on 12 Aug 2022.after receiving I didn't liked the product as I pay for no perfect fit, No comfort.so I raised a return request for my order.But it has been 24 days passed but my product didn't returned yet I raised return request multiple times and also talked to customer service of puma but my issue not resolved yet please help me regarding my issue.

                              Today I tried to purchase puma hybrid nx shoes from puma.in.Filled all the details and proceed to do UPI transaction and scaned the QR and paytm amount got debited from my account, but it showed the order was not placed. Amount got debited from my account but order was not confirmed.

                              Plese resolve this issue and refund my account.

                                Hey,
                                I had ordered a shoes from the official website of Puma on 14 th August
                                order NO:[protected].
                                I had filed a complaint earlier saying that though I had done prepay my order marked as failed. After multiple follow ups finally I recieved an email that the money was succesfully refunded. But I havent recieved the money. Contacted my bank and they too said the same. Each time when I call the costumer care first they would say there is no entry in this order number and then will say wait for 15 days.
                                this is what they had said for the past 10 days each time I contacted

                                  I purchased for my kid a shoes 4 months back and he didnt use it more than 10 times. A manufacturing defect took place and it is completely not related with usage. When i got back to the vendor (Puma-Mall of Egypt). They said they will get back to administration and feedback. The day after they said case is refused because it was purchased more than one month ago and they only cover manufacturing defects within one month. I already purchased another shoes and it is heavily used without experiencing this kind of defects!. I paid 1000 for nothing and they refused to replace it.

                                    Hey,
                                    Recently puma costumer care called me and said they are trying to refund money but the transaction with my bank is not working properly. This is what they says everytime I enquire and ask me to wait for 2 more days and this keeps on going. I dont know why puma is having issue with my bank when the bank authorities said there is no issues at all. Can't understand why such multinational companies take advantage of people even when all small online business are trustworthy.
                                    What I could understand is never fall for 5% offer on prepay from PUMA. Such a disappointing experience I had.

                                    Please I request the authorities to open your eyes to such scams. Please do the needful so that I could get back my money safely.

                                        I ordered a T-shirt and it didn't reach home and it was sent back to Bangalore. It's been more than 15 days since my product returned and no Refund has been initiated. Their Customer Support is finding an excuse for the delay of my refund. Such a bad response from the PUMA team. This is the first worst experience I ever had with a branded company like this.
