Really frustrated to write this email regarding the refund link of Puma which i was suppose to get way back on 5th of july but im yet to receive any link as of now i have been told it has been sent twice and it baffles me even if somehow theirs some issue in emails I haven't even received SMS which they said they have sent both in mail and sms. They just keep asking for 48 hour's time abd and same thing i have to repeat again & again to every customer executive not sure what to do anymore.
If this complaint get's to puma i request you to refund my Hard earned money.

After numerous phone calls and a follow up of around 10 days I still haven’t received the refund for my order, the return took place around 15 days back and my order number is[protected].
Everytime i tried to contact them they told same things wait for 48 hours harassing me mentally every another day.

I bought puma shoes from Flipkart, but they got worn only after 2 months and they cost 2699. I want my shoes to be replaced.

I order red bull x puma shoes from the puma app it gaved me 5% cashback in prepaid orders so i did the upi payment and the money was debited from my account but the app lagged and nothing happened! So i checked online and it says order Status failed!

I tried placing order in puma app of puma x redbull shoes, then i selected the upi payment option for 5%discount, but the money is debited from my account but the order was not placed and in the "your order" section of app there still shows you haven't ordered anyting yet!, and now i have no transaction id or anything to show except the money which is debited from my account!....

My money has been deducted for the order bt I didn't get any confirmation email from puma... neither I can track it with reference id

I was clicking pictures in world-mark sector 67 gurgaon in front of puma store with my phone. The store manager misbehaved with us very badly. Accused us of bringing gun. Even asked us to not leave and showed us bad temper. Accused of carrying a gun while we were just clicking pictures. Called guards and when guard asked us to leave didnt let us leave and hold on our belongings and dint let us leave. Again he called the supervisor and he being a sensible man apologised to us and he asked us to leave and even requested the STROE MANAGER (Mr Kapoor) several times to calm down. This has been very embarrassing for me as well as my female colleague as she was with me during this time. I’d like you to consider the complaint and take actions against it and please keep me posted as well. I’ve written complaints on other platforms as well. I dont want this to happen with anyone else in future. Kindly take care of the request and acknowledge. Thank you! 🙏

This drift cat 8 Puma mercedes model, I bought from Bangalore Central Mall, after few days the shoe inside cloth is came out. And Mall also closed.so what can I do, I don't know. Please give me a solution from company side, while buying time from Mall side it's under cover warrenty around 1yr told .

I placed an order on puma.in and payment was successful but order wasn't confirmed and then i mailed them and they said i will get the refund by 15/05/2022 but till now i have not received my refund....

I purchased Puma sleepers just 4 months back from vegas mall delhi dwarka, but to my surprise the colors of it has faded which makes me feel very comfortable. now what to do kindly confirm me, if not resoved i will post on all social media

I ordered Puma face mask from naykaa but i received small size of mask (8-12yrs)kids mask.because they didn't mentioned size in their app.now i am requesting to them exchange or return it but they are saying it's not returnable .if they have such kind of policy then they have to mentioned size on every product .kindly do needful.

Ordered shoes online money got deducted order failed money not refunded yet when i talk to their customer care they say money refunded but it hasn't order id:[protected]

I had placed online order for Puma shoes and had prepaid the amount for the same. After two days I got a notification that order was handed over to consignee, however nothing was delivered to me.
I raised the issue same day and despite several reminders and long hold calls Puma executives only give one sentence answer - we are checking with our transport team.
They are not giving refund or sending another pair to us, we are expected to wait forever for the order, even executives are giving reply like some pre recorded message and not ready to listen or act on the same, very disappointed with what we thought was an esteemed brand

I had placed an order for ₹1794.
The amount has been debited from my account and I contacted my bank and they informed that the receipient has received the amount, however I have not got the order confirmation from you guys. Customer care staff are saying that there are no details available?? Where is my order? PLEASE DELIVER THE PRODUCT OR ISSUE A REFUND ASAP.

Hello, I ordered a puma shoe from their website using PayU money and my credit card, My money was deducted but i did not receive the order id. I sent email to their customer care but no help from them.
Please help me to get my order or my money back

I was trying to place an order on Puma website on 4/4/22 for Rs 3515, amount deducted but order not placed. As per Puma website, it should have been back in my account within 5 7 working days, however its not.. I contacted them multiple times and all they say is its escalated you will get it back but not received till now.
