I have ordered shoes on 18 th july. but i have not received any confirmation. tracking link, the shoes ordered also not received. Enclosed attachmentof Payment receipt.
It is sad that a reputed company like puma behaves in this manner.
pl do needful.
Otherwise legal options are open for me.

I have placed order on puma official App and paid via Gpay yet no order has been placed. Neither I have received any mail or message pertaining to order confirmation or order ID....

I placed an order on Puma application but i did not get any order confirmation also it is not showing in my orders section, there is no order ID to track the order. It was prepaid and money has been deducted from my account.
I’m attaching the transaction ID. Look into it ASAP...

I bought shoe and t-shirt from in.puma.com but there was size issue so I requested for return.

One guy from the courier, came to my place to pick up my order, and he picked it up, but later I received a message that pickup failed despite a successful pickup.

Then I called that guy and said that you picked it up, then why did I get a failure message? He said...

On Saturday, 8th July bought tshirt and shorts worth 5000 rupees. went to billing department they deducted 13302 from my account. Im struggling for my difference amount. There is no response from PUMA.Patethic back end team....

I have ordered a tshirt worth 1186.55 from puma app. The order was not placed, but amount got deducted.
After the payment, the app got refreshed immediately and the product is still in the cart.
Attached is the amount deducted message from bank.
Please do the needful....

I’ve ordered a shoe from Puma website and the transaction as been completed and I’ve received a payment confirmation as well but have not received any response or order number, nothing from the puma team, I was supposed to receive the shoe yesterday and yet there is no response, wonder if this is scam . The shoe was worth ₹7314.50...

I have not received any refund or refund details from puma india since a week and they are delaying it again and again and saying that the internal team will call you. I dont know why they are holding my money as ecommerce money refund upi money the same day. They are harrasing me for refund....

I tried placing order in puma app of puma shaded men's tshirt.then i selected upi option for 5%discount, but the money is debited from my account but the order was not placed and in the "your order" section of app there still shows you haven't ordered anything yet., and now i have no transactions ID or anything to show except the money whichi is debited from my Google pay account....

I have done shoe UPI payment from puma mobile application but after payment the app started showing error and Rs 1993.72 was transferred from my account to puma which got message on phonepe and also mail but no message from puma yet Is.

I have also received a message to deduct the balance of the PhonePe app. And the confirmation message of the bank's balance transfer also came...

I am writing to express my disappointment and raise a complaint about a pair of Puma shoes I purchased online from Myntra on May 10th, 2023. Within just 15 days o[censored]se, the upper layer of the shoes started tearing apart. When I visited a Puma store at Huda city center Metro station seeking assistance, I was informed that since the purchase was made online through a third party, they were unable to help me.
