I’ve placed an order for a shoe from PUMA application. The money has been debited but the order history is not reflecting.
Have been trying to reach out the customer support but haven’t received any response till now.
Puma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Ordered shoe from official Puma website. Money debited but order was not confirmed. I didn't get any order confirmation message or email. Logged in to my account on PUMA app and checked under MY ORDERS. Still it showed empty. Please check

        Dear Sir/Ma'am,

        I ordered a jacket but received a completely different jacket, but Puma is not giving a refund, they say we have shipped the correct product, but if they do so, how I received different product? As per Central Consumer Protection Act 2019, Even if you shipped the correct product but consumer has not received correct product it's your duty to give refund if asked by consumer and there are many decisions of consumer forums of similar types of cases, which results fines & penalties to e-commerce platforms.

        So, Kindly issue my refund or I have to go consumer forum for protection of my consumer rights.

          I ordered two products from puma official application. I piad using upi and amount was debited from my account but the order is not placed. I can not see anything under order and cart section. Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

            I bought my one8 pumav3 shoes last 5months ago for my regular use, but it seems like the are going to cracles from side front sole is also cracked is just 5 months am not expecting this kind quality from puma, this is my first experience of buying a puma product. Although we have such companies like red tape, campus who gives better quality than puma so why should i trust on puma and why should i go with puma product when other brands give amazing quality in penny amounts. This is horrible

              I order puma shoes on[protected] from puma website they delivered damage product on[protected], i return product and order same product on[protected] but this they delivered same damage product on[protected],
              puma india are not serious with there customers they delivered damage product again and again.

                Am using sports shoes since last 40 years. During last 40 Years I bought shoes of various brand. All the shoes last at least 4 to 5 years. Shoes never tear off from upper side of shoe Joint. I would like to inform you that I bought shoes(Nitro) of 15999 from your store @ Inorbit Mall Vashi on April 22( Between day of 20 Apr to -25 april). It seems product provided by Puma was defective.
                I visited your store at Vadodara Near Chakli Circle on 21 Oct 2023. Store person advised this is out of warranty hence repair cost has to pay. I explain above details but he said he will send shoes for repair and find out reason of tear off.
                I bought shoes costing between 5000 to 8000 never tear off. But shoes bought worth of 16000 tear off from upper side of shoe join. It seems that provided is not up to the mark of Puma standard.
                I request you kindly provide me replacement of shoes.

                  I ordered 2 pairs of slippers. I raised a return request next day but noone came to pickup after getting a message. After multiple reminders on calls and mails finally they said ur return time period is over, however we are faulty then also u need to write a mail to us along with various product pictures for mannual pick up request. Once it will get approved we will arrange from different transport team. We have various pick up partners. I sent the email even that's their mistake I wasted my hours on writing mails and calling customer care number. But it's again 1 month no reply of emails no reply of calls now. Last time they said they will provide me awb number in 5 days, one of the executive said we will pick up in 24 hours. But it's again 15 days noone came to pick up. Now they are not even responding the mails nor calls...

                  If it's the service of world no 1 sports brand what to say.. worst experience ever of online shopping with puma.

                  Help me to return back the slippers and get my amount.

                      I have ordered Puma shoes online from puma website, they took long time 3 weeks to deliver the product. After receiving product shoes not fit to my legs and not comfortable. on same delivery day I initiated return.

                      Its been 2 months they are not picking it back. I called customer care 20 times. they says different stories, but not picking up back.

                      I thought of purchasing other shoes from near by Puma store. but return is not happening.

                      Guys I suggest you, don't purchase Puma shoes.

                      Yesterday no one came to my home, but status updated as rescheduled.(i don't understand what's going on).

                      Today one guy call and came to my home, he checked all product then he saying no space in my bike.
                      he kept all product and left.

                      what the hell is going, will you refund my amount or not.

                      if you are not able to doing anything proper please let me know clearly, don't waste my time.

                        I just ordered puma infusion from guest account... completed the payment through credit card ( recieved mail from razor pay) but no order confirmation from puma

                        PUMA Return policy is fake

                          I tried placing order in puma app for 6 pair of sneaker socks, then i selected the upi payment option for 5%discount, but the money is debited from my account of ₹3693 but the order was not placed and in the "your order" section of app there still shows you haven't ordered anyting yet!, and now i have no transaction id or anything to show except the money which is debited from my account!.

                            I have ordered a bag from puma app through upi and paid but the order did not place. There is no confirmation of order from puma. So i immediately called the customer service number and they said their internet team was down and they will call me afterwards. But still I haven’t received any calls and i have tried to but no answer from them. It’s really disappointing. Please give me a refund or the bag.

                                I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Puma. The experience I had with their service was nothing short of terrible.

                                I placed an order for a pair of shoes on August 13th, with a promised delivery date of August 18th. However, as of August 22nd, I am still without my order. The delay itself is frustrating, but what's even more aggravating is the complete lack of communication and updates from Puma's end. Despite my attempts to reach out through various channels, I have not received any information about the status of my order.

                                As a customer, I expect transparency, reliability, and quality service from a reputable brand like Puma. It's disheartening to see a company of their stature failing to meet even the basic standards of customer service.

                                I regret ordering from Puma and will certainly not be doing so again in the future. This level of service is simply unacceptable, and I would caution anyone considering purchasing from Puma to think twice before proceeding.

                                      Regading this I have contact there coustomer service and said me will contact courier company and inform you but still I dint get any further information of my product from both puma and delhivery
                                      I dont know why such a reputated company doing like thus.
