I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Puma. The experience I had with their service was nothing short of terrible.

I placed an order for a pair of shoes on August 13th, with a promised delivery date of August 18th. However, as of August 22nd, I am still without my order. The delay itself is frustrating, but what's even more aggravating is the complete lack of communication and updates from Puma's end. Despite my attempts to reach out through various channels, I have not received any information about the status of my order.

As a customer, I expect transparency, reliability, and quality service from a reputable brand like Puma. It's disheartening to see a company of their stature failing to meet even the basic standards of customer service.

I regret ordering from Puma and will certainly not be doing so again in the future. This level of service is simply unacceptable, and I would caution anyone considering purchasing from Puma to think twice before proceeding.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Puma based on this recent experience. The lack of communication, delays, and overall poor service have left a lasting negative impression.

    I placed the order on 22nd August 2023 using puma India application via UPI (google pay) the money is debited but order is not placed . I receive payment deduction mail from razorpay and my Bank.

      I have ordered shoe from puma website on 11th August via prepaid option but still they dint deliver my product. My Order Id is[protected].
      Regading this I have contact there coustomer service and said me will contact courier company and inform you but still I dint get any further information of my product from both puma and delhivery
      I dont know why such a reputated company doing like thus.

        Ive ordered a shoe and a cap I've did the payment and the cart is empty.my money was deducted from my account.i also got a mail confirmation about payment success.but there isn't showing any order number or details in my puma account.Theres no trace of my order. can anyone help. do i get my order or atleast refund 🥺

          Hi Puma Team,

          Hope this finds you well. Requesting an acknowledgment of the receipt of this mail.

          For my order number[protected], I need to have a RETURN PICKUP scheduled since this is WRONG SIZE for me.

          I have called 6 times explaining the whole situation again. Please help schedule my pickup at the earliest.

          There has already been a delay. I dont want to end up paying for these shoes due to delay as per 15 days return TAT.

          Furthermore, when I wanted to raise a complaint, i was not allowed to do that. I wasn’t even provided Supervisor for talking.

          Booooooo Puma!!!

          Attached are all the requested pictures which have already been shared multiple times with you. But sending again!

                I ordered camo mens sneaker with promo coupon and payed with 5% discount on upi then my money got deducted and transaction complete but i did not receive order no on my email or number and there is no way of me to know about my order.. i would like my money to be refunded or the order be sent to my given address

                        I placed an order on Puma application but i did not get any order confirmation also it is not showing in my orders section, there is no order ID to track the order. It was prepaid and money has been deducted from my account.

                          Hi Team,

                          Good evening,

                          I bought shoe and t-shirt from in.puma.com but there was size issue so I requested for return.

                          One guy from the courier, came to my place to pick up my order, and he picked it up, but later I received a message that pickup failed despite a successful pickup.

                          Then I called that guy and said that you picked it up, then why did I get a failure message? He said that there was some problem and I couldn't take it now, and he returned it to me.

                          It seems the guy came; he was completely new and unable to handle it. So I request that you please arrange someone who can execute it very quickly.

                          Its been long days, I am keeping follow-up with Puma support and they asked me to share the pics of the products with tag that I did but still there is no progress of my return.

                          This is very disappointing as a customer, I paid my hard earned money and I want to return but there is no value of customer for these guys.

                          This is my humble request that kindly address my issue and take an appropriate action against the company and process my return asap.

                              I have ordered a tshirt worth 1186.55 from puma app. The order was not placed, but amount got deducted.
                              After the payment, the app got refreshed immediately and the product is still in the cart.
                              Attached is the amount deducted message from bank.

                                  I have not received any refund or refund details from puma india since a week and they are delaying it again and again and saying that the internal team will call you. I dont know why they are holding my money as ecommerce money refund upi money the same day. They are harrasing me for refund.

                                        I tried placing order in puma app of puma shaded men's tshirt.then i selected upi option for 5%discount, but the money is debited from my account but the order was not placed and in the "your order" section of app there still shows you haven't ordered anything yet., and now i have no transactions ID or anything to show except the money whichi is debited from my Google pay account.
