I have ordered PUMA Acrux Sneakers For Men on dated 04/11/2022 and received the same. But after two months the colour of the shoes started fading. I tried to contact your Puma complaint number, but got no assurance or confirmation regarding my complaint.
Please take it on the record and do it resolve earliest.

I just placed the order from puma app because of the 5 percent extra discount I use online payment method and use my paytm upi to make the transaction. However, I didn’t receive any confirmation about the same for 2 to 3 hour then I check app about the order status and when checking I found in order page shows you haven’t make any order yet. This is in reference to the order placed on 8th April 2023, 07:24pm through Paytm UPI reference number[protected]. The order is not reflecting in the Puma app, so I need confirmation either through email or message if my order is received or else return the whole amount as soon as possible....

I placed order of my shoe from the official app of puma through UPI payment but the payment was deducted and didn't show the orders in the orders section and still this issue isn't resolved ....

Bought a tshirt . Wasged it 4-5 times and now the black color converted to light grey just like a footpath tshirt and the logo is also faded .whats the point of buying a branded one?...

This is to bring to your notice that when making the payment for the Merchandise purchase my expiry date reflected on the bill with according to me and I have spoken to amex. I guess this should not be.I think this may leave to future fraud I am more concern about this...

Puma shoues net quality is very low
Net is damaj for shoues...

I ordered 2 shoes from puma app. The money is deducted from the bank account but the order is not placed and there is no invoice from puma....

I am wearing puma shies that i bought a few months back . They have started tearing at the top of the shoe and it is not because of mishandling or any type pf damage by me . But it has itself started to tear tge fabric has weakened and is tearjbg apart itself...

Hi, I purchased puma shoes at INR 3800 from Myntraonline shopping India. I have mailed the puma team just after 3 months of warranty as they said. I mailed after 5 days, I was on an international trip & I was not connected to the internet. Asap I reached India & dropped an email regarding the shoe problem that occur while traveling on 25th Marc. Just one day before expiry.

I have asked them to replace the shoes just because...

I have bought a shoes only one month ago .. it was too bad quality that with in a month it got tore down .. I have called and emailed customer care but no use they are too rude in behaviour that they don’t want to listen .. I wasted all money even a local shoes pair can go at least several months .. why puma gives too bad quality and robbed customers money...

Upi payment processed no update on order no tracking number no confirmation and no customer care response...

I have ordered 3 parit of shoes from Puma on 23rd Feb, 2023

I recieved only product on 24th Feb, 2023.
Immediately I called the customer care and was following up on daily basis.

Today they called me and saif they sent me all three products, so they are saying sorry now.

I need help on this please .
