    Money debited but no order confirmation

    I placed an order for puma sliders and the money was debited from my account but i did not receive any order confirmation or invoice.

    I recently ordered a pair of shoes and a bag from puma India but the money is deducted from my account and the order is not placed. There has been confirmation from their end neither vial mail, nor texts and they won't even answer calls.

      I ordered from puma website and paid at the same time via UPI, and the money was deducted from my account for which I got message from my bank, but I didn't got any message from puma about my order or confirmation of order. The products are still as is in my cart, no mail, no texts and they won't answer my calls as well.

          Today[protected] I was orders T-Shirts from Puma App. I chose UPI method for payment (G pay) then its ask for transaction approval I follow the process my money is deducted but order is not placed.

          How much time it will take for refund my money?
          I want my money back as soon as possible.

                Puma it's really disappointing from you as being a regular customer I face challenges like this. I have placed an order of . ₹1549, it's a white checkered flag Mercedes Tshirt in small. I payed it through UPI. Even After deducting money from my account, your app doesn't show that i ordered anything. Guys please take account on this.

                  I used Puma India issued online Coupon Code #-DPDPQ4TCEU of value Rs 5000/- for online purchase of two hooded jackets with MRP Rs 2499/- each, vide Puma Order #[protected], Inv #-2639679 dtd Feb 07, 2023. I returned one item--ESS Logo Hooded Jacket FL B Cotton Black worth Rs 2499/- due to size issues. This has been acknowledged by Puma vide their email dtd Feb 26, 2023. Since then, more than 21 emails and numerous phone calls to/ from custcare have been exchanged without issue of new voucher code. They are simply unable to understand that out of the voucher value of Rs 5000/-, only Rs2499/- has been used, and that they have to issue me a voucher for the unused balance Rs 2501/-. They have made false claims of having sent new coupon code link from "[protected]@email-in.puma.com" without actually sending them. Upon their request, screenshots of "no such results" upon search for such a link was also shared but to no avail. They send emails from unauthenticated sources like freshdesk, which Gmail redflags as dangerous. Despite detailed explanation to custcare over phone, no positive result seen. I am vexed by the unprofessional conduct, delay and denial tactics of Puma to deny me my rightful balance voucher amount of Rs2501/-. Kindly help.

                          I just placed the order from puma app because of the 5 percent extra discount I use online payment method and use my paytm upi to make the transaction. However, I didn’t receive any confirmation about the same for 2 to 3 hour then I check app about the order status and when checking I found in order page shows you haven’t make any order yet. I write to puma support but didn’t get any response, even I have upi reference code which is mentioned below:[protected]
                          I have screenshot where it’s clearly mentioned that payment is made to Puma India.
                          Either send confirmation about the order or send my money back.

                            This is in reference to the order placed on 8th April 2023, 07:24pm through Paytm UPI reference number[protected]. The order is not reflecting in the Puma app, so I need confirmation either through email or message if my order is received or else return the whole amount as soon as possible.

                                  This is to bring to your notice that when making the payment for the Merchandise purchase my expiry date reflected on the bill with according to me and I have spoken to amex. I guess this should not be.I think this may leave to future fraud I am more concern about this
