I am writing to express my disappointment and raise a complaint about a pair of Puma shoes I purchased online from Myntra on May 10th, 2023. Within just 15 days o[censored]se, the upper layer of the shoes started tearing apart. When I visited a Puma store at Huda city center Metro station seeking assistance, I was informed that since the purchase was made online through a third party, they were unable to help me.

I am disappointed by this response. I believe that regardless of the sales channel, purchasing a genuine Puma product should entitle me to proper support.

I request either an exchange or refund for the faulty shoes. If a repair or replacement is possible, I am open to considering that option. Additionally, I urge you to address the issue with the store that denied assistance, as their response does not align with the expected level of service from Puma.

        Placed an order with all the tedious process of payment. All the heavy discounts they had offered. Transaction was successful yet no order confirmation and even the order page does not show any order placed. Kindly refund the amount.

          My puma shoes was damaged and i habe asked them to replace as it was under warranty they told me they can refund monet with in 3 to 4 days its being 1 month and they have not refunded any money i am tired to call customer care and tired with their excuses. I have asked them if you can not refund give my shoes back i will get it repair from out side but still no answers... I have sent over 2p to 25 emails and there is no response.

            I ordered a slider from the Puma app it was showing extra 5% off on upi payment so I payed it but I didn’t receive the confirmation main and it’s showing that you haven’t placed any order yet if I try checking the orders list please help me out

            If it’s possible to send those sliders I am fine if not I need refund

                  I had a horrible experience with Puma.

                  On 30 April 2023, I tried to place an order for Puma Nitro 2 Deviate (Black Deep Aqua Lime Squeeze).
                  After applying discount (YNZGUF4B4E) the price came out to be 9848.83

                  I paid via UPI ([protected]@ybl). The money got deducted, but I didn't receive any payment confirmation from Puma's end. I've attached the payment screenshot for reference.

                  I request you to refund the amount at the earliest.

                  Kindly help with this urgently as this is a big sum of money for me.

                          I ordered from puma website and paid at the same time via UPI, and the money was deducted from my account for which I got message from my bank, but I didn't got any message from puma about my order or confirmation of order. The products are still as is in my cart, no mail, no texts and they won't answer my calls as well.

                                    Puma it's really disappointing from you as being a regular customer I face challenges like this. I have placed an order of . ₹1549, it's a white checkered flag Mercedes Tshirt in small. I payed it through UPI.                                       I used Puma India issued online Coupon Code #-DPDPQ4TCEU of value Rs 5000/- for online purchase of two hooded jackets with MRP Rs 2499/- each, vide Puma Order #[protected], Inv #-2639679 dtd Feb 07, 2023. I returned one item--ESS Logo Hooded Jacket FL B Cotton Black worth Rs 2499/- due to size issues. This has been acknowledged by Puma vide their email dtd Feb 26, 2023. Since then, more than 21 emails and numerous phone calls to/ from custcare have been exchanged without issue of new voucher code. They are simply unable to understand that out of the voucher value of Rs 5000/-, only Rs2499/- has been used, and that they have to issue me a voucher for the unused balance Rs 2501/-. They have made false claims of having sent new coupon code link from "[protected]@email-in.puma.com" without actually sending them. Upon their request, screenshots of "no such results" upon search for such a link was also shared but to no avail. They send emails from unauthenticated sources like freshdesk, which Gmail redflags as dangerous. Despite detailed explanation to custcare over phone, no positive result seen. I am vexed by the unprofessional conduct, delay and denial tactics of Puma to deny me my rightful balance voucher amount of Rs2501/-. Kindly help.
