I have purchased puma shoes on flipkart. That shoes without any reason got broke

I ordered (order Number[protected] Shoes from Puma web for my wife and which was delivered on december 24 . Shoe size is not best fit for my wife, so i initiate refund on the same day (December 24)

According to the Puma website, the Return Package will be picked in between 3-5 business days and our return package will not be picked up even after 5 business days . so, my wife called Puma and told them about this issue and they provided a new time frame of 29 december to 3 january .

Between 29 december to 3 january . me and my wife call the puma customer service center every day and ask when the package will be picked up . We made more than 10 calls in the last 5 days for updates . Whenever we call a representative, we will simply repeat the same sentences that " we are assuring you that your package will be picked up today" .They are simply behaving like robots . Every after the call they provide an email but not a single effort was taken to resolve this issue . I told them now it's high time and needed to talk with the manager, but the service Agent replied that they cannot transfer my call to the manager. even my wife got that message on her personal cell with tracking number, courier company name and contact person name . when my wife calls them they make excuses like that address is too far, address is incomplete etc. Even we offer that we can drop Product to their location but they do not agree on that either.

On my last call on 3rd january, the Agent told me that it will be resolved today and the order will be picked before the end of the day . She and her team will closely monitor the issue and give us an update in 2 hours but as they make false promises nobody comes to pick the Package.

This is completely awful service from a company which is claiming to be the number one Sport company of that country.

I have ordered a puma sneakers from myntra . I have been a regular customers. I was facing problems with the quality, shoes were not at all comfortable on wearing, I cannot walk comfortably I have submitted a request to return it. It says you can return till 9 Jan. I ordered a shoe from puma app. And made the payment through net banking and amount too got dedcuted but the order summary is not reflecting in app. How can I track my order? This is really disappointing. Kindly resolve this issue Asap or refund my amount.

I recive a worng size and I sent it back but money is not at refunded, the cancellation has done before 10 days .
The money has to be refund,

I purchased shoes from Puma app and made UPI payment for the same and amount is debited and also shows payment successful but the app still shows no order placed yet .

While ordering shoes from Puma app I used UPI (phone pe) mode for transaction. But only amount got deducted and no order was placed.

The product does not look good on my feet so I want to return it.

But when I try initiate the return through your site by inputting the order number and mobile number, it shows me my order as delivered but it does not show me any button to initiate return as specified in your help/FAQ.

I opted for puma website for the first time instead of Amazon/Flipkart.

But having a very bad experience here in returning product.

I have already wasted lot of time and effort trying to return...

Kindly initiate return of this order as soon as possible.

I ordered socks in puma app . Money got debited but I’m not able to see my order . I didn’t review r any mail or any SMS regarding my order . I didn’t recite ce my order ID too .

I tried placing order in puma app of puma x kl stefan shoes, then i selected the upi payment option for 5%discount, but the money is debited from my account but the order was not placed and in the "your order" section of app there still shows you haven't ordered anyting yet!, and now i have no order id or order confirmation email to show except the money which is debited from my account!.

Hello sir I bought my Puma Nitro shoes and his upper part is tearing that i have bought

The same shoe as per bill was made available at only 20 % discount at Puma Official Shop at City Centre Mall however the same was available at 40% discount just 3 shops away at INC5 shop and in Shoppers Stop in the same Mall. Very bad experience. I as a consumer got very upset and complained but they were nonchalant in just telling that the item was only available in their shop for 20%. DUPING MECHANISM OF PUMA OFFICIAL SHOW IS CONDEMNED.
