While ordering shoes from Puma app I used UPI (phone pe) mode for transaction. But only amount got deducted and no order was placed.

    Late on confirmation messages and mail

    Today i order from puma app and order was confirmed but i did not received any mail or message for my order confirmation. First time i used this app and give me headache.even on app showing nothing ordered yet.money is deducted and no responce from puma.I thought like another it will more featured but actually not.disappointing.Atleast give us a confirmation mail or message that you received our order....

      I have tried to place a order of sweat shirt in puma app.
      I have selected upi method for payment.
      I have successfully completed my payment from phonepe but order is not placed..my money is deducted from my account.

        Hi,

        My order with following details have been delivered today.

        My order number:[protected]

        Mobile Number: [protected]

        e-mail Id: [protected]@rediffmail.com

        The product does not look good on my feet so I want to return it.

        But when I try initiate the return through your site by inputting the order number and mobile number, it shows me my order as delivered but it does not show me any button to initiate return as specified in your help/FAQ.

        I opted for puma website for the first time instead of Amazon/Flipkart.

        But having a very bad experience here in returning product.

        I have already wasted lot of time and effort trying to return...

        Kindly initiate return of this order as soon as possible.

          I ordered socks in puma app . Money got debited but I’m not able to see my order . I didn’t review r any mail or any SMS regarding my order . I didn’t recite ce my order ID too .

                      Address: PUMA Shop, City Centre Mall, Guwahati

                      The same shoe as per bill was made available at only 20 % discount at Puma Official Shop at City Centre Mall however the same was available at 40% discount just 3 shops away at INC5 shop and in Shoppers Stop in the same Mall. Very bad experience. I as a consumer got very upset and complained but they were nonchalant in just telling that the item was only available in their shop for 20%. DUPING MECHANISM OF PUMA OFFICIAL SHOW IS CONDEMNED.

                              Hi, I'm writing to complain about the lack of information and the long refund process for a purchase I made at your store. I was very disappointed that it took so long to get my refund and that the process was so confusing. I would appreciate if you could provide more information about your refund policy in the future and make the process simpler. and also, i call many times in customer care they are also not able to find my 2 shoes which I gives back them by FedEx so can you please help me on that particular subject. and in the last a attached my order details.
