My order with following details have been delivered today.
My order number:[protected]
Mobile Number: [protected]
e-mail Id: [protected]@rediffmail.com
The product does not look good on my feet so I want to return it.
But when I try initiate the return through your site by inputting the order number and mobile number, it shows me my order as delivered but it does not show me any button to initiate return as specified in your help/FAQ.
I opted for puma website for the first time instead of Amazon/Flipkart.
But having a very bad experience here in returning product.
I have already wasted lot of time and effort trying to return...
Kindly initiate return of this order as soon as possible.
