Puma — complaint for quality of the product | |||
Hello Team, I had purchased an expensive pair of puma shoes through Myntra on 20 August, 2018 order no.[protected] also I have original billing details with me but the quality of the product is highly disappointing. The sole of the shoes falled apart in months and the side stickers are also came off within 2 weeks. This is not level of quality I expect from puma product. Puma shoes should not be of this quality. I am regular customer of the brand. If the issues is not satisfactorily answered, I would definitely not going to suggest anyone of the brand. Anyone senior from the team must look in the issue and for further clarification of the same. Curiously awaiting the lights on the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
