Puma — Complaint Regarding Refusal to Accept Valid Voucher at PUMA Store Akshardham

Dear Team,
I would like to report an issue at your PUMA store located near Akshardham, Delhi.

Today on 15 April 2026, I visited the store and attempted to redeem a valid Rs. 5000 voucher issued via IndusInd Bank. However, the store manager refused to accept the voucher stating the reason that it is not applicable at his store. I have confirmation from my bank. they confirmed it can be redeemed at any store.

This experience was disappointing and unprofessional, especially since the voucher was valid and within its usage terms.

I request you to:

Investigate this incident
Clarify the voucher policy for this store
Ensure appropriate action is taken against such behavior
Please resolve this matter at the earliest.
