I purchased a pair of Puma shoes from the Puma store at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet, Vancouver, Canada, in February 2026.
I have worn these shoes intermittently since purchasing them. However, I have experienced discomfort and blistering every time I have worn them. Initially, I thought the problem might be related to the socks I was wearing or some other temporary factor, so I stopped wearing the shoes for periods of time and tried wearing them again on different occasions.
Unfortunately, the same problem has continued every time I use them.
The repeated occurrence of injuries specifically when wearing these shoes has made them extremely uncomfortable and difficult to use. I have tried giving them multiple opportunities, assuming that the discomfort might improve with use, but the problem has persisted and has now resulted in pain and blistering.
I am currently in India with the shoes, although they were purchased from the Puma store at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Vancouver, Canada. I would therefore request Puma to please look into this issue and advise me regarding an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund. I can provide photographs of the shoes, the affected areas, proof of purchase, and any other information required.
I would also appreciate guidance on how the shoes can be assessed or returned given that I am currently in India. Was this information helpful? |
