Puma — GOSF and Puma Unresponsive

As part of GOSF I've ordered for a shoe for my father as a guest on www.pumashop.in with his name (Pedapati Prakash Babu) and Contact Number ([protected]), only once did he got a call from puma guys asking for the confirmation of our address and we never got the package, it's been so long! I've sent the puma people mail(twice) on their contact us page and I've called them on[protected] every other day and don't even have the courtesy to call me back and assure me about the package! I don't think I'll get the shoes. Even the www.gosf.in page is not open for the complaints! It's just says it's all over! Thank you for being screwed up!
