Puma — In reference to purchasing a puma bag and shoes.

Dear PUMA Team, through this complaint letter, I want to bring your attention towards the misbehavior, abusing & threaten by a salesman, who is resident of Rewari city, Haryana State. I was at PUMA store, BMG MALL, SCO 6, GROUND FLOOR KHASAPURA, 123401 on 10-08-25 around 04:25pm for making some shoes & travel bag purchase & that salesman misbehaved with me, he threatens me & start abusing me in local language. I asked the salesman the price of some shoes and a travel bag and I started asking him about the quality of the bag, when he was unable to tell me the quality of the bag, the. he directly asked me whether I wanted to buy it or not in local language (Ki Tujhe Bag Khardeena Hai Ya nhi) and when I said that how can you talk like this to a customer, I am a well reputed person and I am an NRI. After that he said that I am a local and I talk like this to everyone, and I am talking like this with everyone because this is Rewari City. Do whatever you want to do. PUMA team I am an NRI and have come to India from South Africa a few days back. Such an incident has never happened in my life. That salesman is a goon (gunda). You should check his history. Two or three FIRs have also been filed against him. I am going to file a complaint against him in the police station tomorrow. Because he told me that he will see me outside. PUMA is a reputed brand worldwide. Please take strict action against that salesman.
