[Resolved] Puma — Neither Delivering Product Nor Refunding Money

I have bought a pair of shoes from pumashop.in on July 31, 2014 for the cost of INR4000. I have received the receipt in my email. But mistakenly I have provided wrong address for delivery. So I tried to contact the customer care service of Puma. I have repeatedly sent many mails to the customer care email that is [protected]@puma.com and also tried calling countless times to the customer care phone numbers that is[protected] or 351 or 352 But no one responds. My money is stuck there and customer service is not responding and neglecting my helpless situation. Please Help...

after very long time after I lodged the complaint in consumer forum, Puma finally shipped the product. a Very disappointing experience with customer service quality of the company.

Puma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
