Puma — Return Not Processed Ticket No: 00910823 / Order No:[protected]

I had raised a return request for Order No:[protected], which was placed through the Puma India online website. However, the pickup was cancelled without any call or visit. The status wrongly says "quality check failed", even though no one came to inspect the product.

I shared the required product images as requested (Ticket No:[protected], but it's been 20 days with no response.

Please process the return or exchange for Size 6 at the earliest. The delay and lack of communication are very disappointing.

Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
