Punayaa — defective and bad quality products

Delivering wrong product. And not refunding the total amount of money.And also they are providing cheque, neither cash nor bank payment

I purchased one suit but this chipper site sending very low quality different suit so don't purchase this site any product and give legle action on this site ...this is a fraud company... please don’t buy anything from this PUNAYAA shopping side they are making fool of people...

I received my product from punayaa today black semi stitched rayon salwar and paid 1700rs . Kindly note the material is not even worth 170rs ...the team is not receiving calls, neither replying to mails nor on messenger...your return n refund policies are out standing wish I had seen them before would have advised everyone not to buy a single string from punayaa it is a very well planned process knowing that customers will be unsatisfied but seeing the return n refund process they will step back n keep the material but how long will you guys cheat the customers like this . There is a limit to every wrong you do...

I ordered a semi stiched suit cost of 1600 approx the stuff they dispatched was stiched and not as shown in pic i mailed them and called on given number but they are not receiving my call nor replying my mail pls take action againts them so stop cheating people online

Hi I have ordered a Saree online from Punayaa.com on 27th OCT 2018 and I have received the same on 02-NOV-18. The product received was much different than the one shown in the site. Also, it is of cheap quality (material is not as described in the description section and not worth 1400rs). I tried contacting the customer care to return / refund the product (as the site says easy returns and refunds). There is no response from the customer care number provided (i.e. none is answering the call [protected]). I even mailed them but no response yet. Please take some strict action against this site as I still see them promoting their products in all social networking sites. Please ban this site. customer care numbers provided are fake. Facebook messenger no response.

Please take an action against Punayaa.com site this is Fraud.
