I ordered from punaaya but recieved totally different product from what shown on site. I ordered pink dress ₹890 but received green kurti which is of cheap quality n totally different.
The customer number, their website everything not reachable. I sent email but no reply.
Please help me to get refund from this fraud site, m sharing the pictures.

Please take strict action against these types of site who cheat...

I had ordered a blue indigo kurti from this site after seeing the ad on facebook. The order was on cod. I was shocked and dismayed to see that the product delivered today is not the one i ordered. It is also made of damaged cheap material which one uses to make mops. I called on the number given as customer care but did not get any response. I ordered online a saree through punayaa.com of rs. 1200. But product i recevied is very cheap and bad quality. And totally different and bad fabric. Now refund process is not authentic. I tried many times but all in vain. I want my money back
I paid 1200 rs cod option. Customer care number of this company is not valid. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible....

I had made an order of Rs.3200 to Punayaa throguh Online shopping on[protected]. For which I have received very bad fabric clothes and I requested for return for the first time through email to Punayaa on[protected] despite of raising return request online.

After which till date i.e.[protected], I have chased them on return for n no. of times but I have received only 1 email by them for sending the order reference ( no & pictures)....

I ordered marron color suit and what i got in return was a pathetic quality of product. The color was all faded it was not rayon as mentioned and instead of pink glass dupatta i received plain white dupatta. I ordered it in october its been on month now and i have written 6-7 mails but they didn’t revert.
I would request all women out there to boycott this website and to not order anything as they does not stand out to our expectations....

I had placed an order on punayaa.com for a dress. The product that was delivered was extremely poor and different from what was displayed in the website. I filed a return for this but i did not get any update for it. The contact number is switched off and there's no response to the emails.

The total amount : 1300

There are many people like me who got cheated by this company. Please take action against them asap....

I have received my product from punayaa today black semi stitched rayon salwar and paid 1700rs . Kindly note the material is not even worth 170rs ...the team is not receiving calls, neither replying to mails nor on messenger...your return n refund policies are out standing wish I had seen them before would have advised everyone not to buy a single string from punayaa it is a very well planned process knowing that customers will be unsatisfied...
