We had done an online booking for travelling from Ludhiana to Delhi on 6/5/2015 by punbus vide booking details as- Travelyaari.com mTicket No:[protected], PNR:[protected], Ludhiana-Delhi, 06-Aug-2015, 00:35 AM, seat:18, PUNBUS - Jalandhar Depot 1, Name:Som Dutt Bali
As against the booking timings the passenger waited for more than one hour for the bus but it didn't reach at the given place of pick up i.e. Sherpur chowk, opp Apollo hospital whereas we already had made payment of rs 659/- against ticket fare during online booking
All the punbus buses which came at that place denied that they have any seat vacant in their buses and they are coming directly from Amritsar so they never had any booking information with them
We would like to ask that why bus no is not being given in booking details so that passenger can trace his bus and would not suffer and ask for return of bus fare paid while doing online booking as the passenger had not travelled due to mistake on part of punbus
Awaiting a positive response and genuinely good customer service with the return of bus fare paid online thru card. Was this information helpful? |
Access amt taken against ticket
I buy a ticket jalandhar to Tarn taran through Tarn taran deepo bus, actuall ticket amt is Rs 75 but from me recd rs 100 by conductor. Snaps attached
