I am travelling from ludhiana to ferozpur on punbus Ac . I was searching for it on punbusonline site . There was no bus shown from ludhiana to ferozpur. But when i was in bus stand the bus was there. The online booking site is trash no bus is found . Everytime bus not found. I searched many cities. Patiala to ferozpur, ludhiana to ferozpur, patiala to amritsar . No bus was found. Third grade site.
Now coming to bus dirty as hell ....

I along with my mother carrying two different luggages of less than 20 kg in the morning bus from Muktsar to Amritsar . Bus departed from Muktsar at 5:10 am(28 March 2023) asked us to pay for the luggage and when i debated with the conductor and told to deboard the bus and i feel harassed and paid the half ticket for my luggage . As per terms there are no extra charges for baggage upto 20kg per passenger. However the conductor for the bus route delhi to ludhiana on 8th june, 2018 departing at 2:15pm charged rs 10 each. It may not be a big amount but its clear violation of the terms and conditions. When confronted, he argued if you dont pay then your baggage cannot be let on the bus.

Please look into it....

Pathetic state of law and order at Pathankot Bus Stand.
I had to travel from Pathankot to Amritsar on 12/4/25. At first, I was told the bus would arrive by 7:30 PM. Fine. Then around 7:20 PM, I saw a chaotic crowd forming near the ticket counter—no queue, no management, just a complete mess. Still, I somehow managed to buy a ticket worth 170 Rs., and the conductor scribbled "seat no. 36" on it.

While I was busy standing in line and trying to do things the right way, the bus had already arrived. Naturally, I assumed that having a ticket would guarantee me a seat. Big mistake.

When I got to the bus, it was packed. Not only was my seat gone, but there wasn’t even space to STAND. I asked the conductor what I was supposed to do, and he casually told me to “stand and travel till Gurdaspur” and that I’d get a seat there.
When I told him there was no space to even stand, and asked for a refund, he rudely said it wasn’t his problem and that refunds don't exist. Then—without warning—the bus took off. Just like that.
Now here’s the issue: If the transport department can’t guarantee a seat, then why the hell are they issuing tickets with seat numbers? They should’ve just let it be first come, first serve. I could’ve also shoved my way in and grabbed a seat instead of wasting time in a so-called queue.
Sure, the ticket price wasn’t much—but what about someone who’s poor? What about someone who can’t afford to just lose that money?
And this is Amritsar we’re talking about—a major city. Why aren’t there more buses and better crowd management.

I travelled from Pathankot to Chandigarh last Sunday 07/04. I havs having my adhar card with me however conductor deduct my ticket said your father name is on adhar card it is not valid. Your husband name is mandatory. Where it mentioned that husband name is mandatory for adhar card free ticket please confirm

Dear Sir/ Madam

I traveled today i.e. 07/04/24 from Ambala to Jalandhar with my mother via PUNBUS bus.

The bus get delayed due to the some jam on roads and the conductor refused to go to the Jalandhar bus stand.

Now it's NOT my fault as bus get delayed but I understand the situation and agrees for the compromise and
request to bus conductor if he can droped us " verka mil plant" on the way to Amritsar but he said we need to pay more for another location and also said try to understand we are get delayed.

Now I buy full 2 tickets total of rs. 255/- till Jalandhar bus stand and also compromise but conductor don't want to compromise and said you have to leave the bus at Rama Mandi, Jalandhar Cant stop.

I request you to take action against bus conductor and get back to me within 2 working days time otherwise I will also file a complaint at Consumer forum.

Today am went to chandigarh by punbua no. 4720. I reached 4 pm.in tye evening. At the last stop mohalli bus stand one of the passenger want to stop at 6 phase but the bus not stopped at that station. When the lady want ro know about this then the bus driver use very bad words with that lady and misbehave with her. After his family members makes to much noise inside the bus and making drama. Please take needfull action against the driver of the bus for the misbehave with the lady passenger.

This complaint is regarding the Punjab roadways conductor and driver who misbehaved and abused me they were not accepting my uid as they said you it's fake and drop me there on unknown place please take strict action against both bus driver and conductor.

Sir, I am writing about the concern on Punjab Roadways bus number PB-07 CA 3614(Jalandhar) jalandhar to Hoshiyarpur Timing afternoon at almost 1:45 PM and reaching time 3.00PM Hoshiarpur.

While travelling in punjab roadways yesterday. Bus no was 207 from isbt 43 chandigarh to Batala. Firstly when I go to counter for ticket he said "pela paise wale ayo " he only give tickets to boys and not to girls . Then when departure time is near he wrote seat no on our adhar cards and told us to arjust. After that when I was sitting on my seat, a lady came and told me to get up ... I said that conductor wrote seat no on our adhar cards... with me 2 girls are also sitting and same with them . Then the lady go to driver and complaint about me. The driver misbehaved with us and told to get up . Then conductor came also told me to get up. I stood for myself and said that you gave me seat no or not . Then he agrees but saying that you have to get up or if you have any seat then other wise you will have to get up ( seat he was giving is last one in between gents and boys ) then I strongly told him that I want to leave the bus . I was not here from 30 minutes to stand for 3 and half an hour of journey. The time 7:30 evening . I came early for the seat and safety only ... who will be responsible if something happens to me . I am giving you the details . Please take some action.
