Punbus / Punjab Roadways — Complaining about bad behaviour of bus driver

Sir, I wish to draw and focus your mind on the unworthy and unwarranted behavior of bus conductor or employees working under our kind control.The bus driver does not allow the women's to sit in the bus and ask them to move out.They do not stop the bus on the counter for alloted time period and do not open the bus windows. The bus driver is not loyal to his duty.I don't know bus driver name but he wears a turban. Bus Number- PB04 AE 1596.
Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
