Punbus / Punjab Roadways — Complaint about scamming

Today i took punjab roadways bus from ludhiana bus terminal which was going to delhi isbt and i asked the conductor to issue 2 tickets for delhi isbt and he gave me the ticket for 2 persons combined in one which costed me around Rs 710 and then while heading towards delhi they suddenly stopped the bus at bhalgarh and he said we have 2 buses but only 1 goes to delhi at a time and he said there's other bus coming behind us which will go to Delhi isbt and the passengers who wanted to go to delhi isbt boarded that other bus which was also punjab roadways bus. But after boarded that bus conductor started saying that you have to take new ticket from here for delhi or else you can get off the bus then everyone said that we already have ticket for delhi isbt then he said that you can check your ticket it's only till bhalgarh and he forced everyone to pay for the ticket and he said that i cannot make new tickets but you have to pay the amount even who had paid for delhi isbt they had to pay Rs 100 person again and he said that we don't have any coordination with previous bus conductor or driver so you have to pay and he took Rs 100 from each person who was going to delhi isbt and didn't issue ticket to anyone. So i want you to tell that the both bus conductors and drivers are scamming people as well as punjab government because the first bus conductor took money from us for delhi isbt and issued a ticket for bhalgarh and they made us fool because we trust them. So please stop this as soon as possible and I've also attached photo of that scammer bus conductor who was forcing people to give him money and who was not not issuing the ticket for that money and I've also attached the second bus number photo and a bus ticket of first bus which i took from ludhiana because i don't have anything against them because i didn't know that this is going to happen after boarding the second bus
