I'm student at baddowal (ludhiana) college I have student bus pass so I'm traveling daily moga to baddowal but when I have to go back moga I have to take bus from ludhiana bus stop so I have to pay 15rs fair from ldh to baddowal but many times bus conductor cut my ticket from ludhiana to mullanpur 25rs as I asked why he said there is no stop in my bus at baddowal so you must pay this even he is no stoping at mullanpur bus stand cross over the flyover . Please do strict action for bus conductor note this bus number (PB05 A9852ARM)

Due to the negligence and mistake of the driver and conductor of this bus, my mother got a head injury and got 30 stitches, and other parts of the body also got injured. The driver first asked her to get down from the bus, as soon as she were getting down from the bus, he drove the bus without paying attention.
There was gravel lying near the place where my mother fell, which hit in her head as she fell, due to which she got injured. And the driver or conductor neither talked to them nor made them or call their family, they just left them there in injured condition and went away. Strict action should be taken against this driver and we should be given justice.

I along with my family members came to drop my daughter at Mukerian, Pb, bust stand on 14.01.2024 at around 09.10 AM approx. A bus having number PB06B B3760 was plying from the Pathankot to Chandigarh, stopped at Mukerian bus stand.

The bus conductor came outside and it was asked to him that is there any seat vacant in the bus. He replied in a so rude manner and behaved in very ill manner in front of all. Few of words said by him are as "sar teh rakh ke nahin ghuma da...andhar ja ke dekh lo...seata chhat ne nahin rakhian...dimag kharab karde..." And he started to quarrel.

Due to such behavior of govt employees (who are being paid from public money) is ruining the govt services in this way. A proper training/advise be given to them for behaving with public, in particular with ladies, as they are living in fictitious world dominated by gents.

It is requested to take suitable action against him for misbehaving/quarreling with a lady, while he is on govt duty.

Incident happened on Date 29th Dec 2023 when I was travelling with my family (wife and 3 year old son) from Kapurthala to Jalandhar in PRTC bus number - PB 08 DS 6123

Before moving the bus from bus stand, bus conductor (he and bus driver denied to tell. his name) came to us and asked for the ticket. I told him to. give 1 and half ticket for me and my son. For my wife, I have shown him my wife's Aadhar Card. He said he will not accept as per him photo is not up to date. But as per the guidelines issued by Punjab Govt, any identity proof is only required to check the address not to point out other mistakes. I told him that I already updated it after we got married. Then he looked at my wife and said it doesn't look like as my wife looks beautiful in present. This was a very bad comment he passed for my wife. Then I paid him ticket fare for my wife as well and told him to give me ticket and leave us.

Also while standing in front o[censored]s he was continuously scratching his private part and my wife felt very uncomfortable then I told him to don't do this in-front of ladies. Then he started shouting on me and slapped on my face in front of all the passengers. This behaviour from an govt on duty servant is not at all acceptable and we can't live in that society where these things are done openly.

When I asked him to give me complaint book then he denied to give and said go and do whatever you want to do.

So I am writing this complaint online to get into your notice and expecting you will take strict action against him.

On the same lines, I am also thinking to write the same complaint to CM Office and Police Commissioner as what we felt today was just like a nightmare which no one wants to believe.

We 4 girls the permanent residents of punjab sat in punjab roadways bus no PB02EG9379 at 5 am from Chandigarh ISBT 43 to amritsar. We showed conductor our adgar cards to avail the free bus facility. He denied to give tickert to one o[censored]s and made comment that this adhar card is not updated however we said adhar card is totally updated still he threatened us to give bus fare or he will throw us away from the bus. We denied to give. In between of the road the driver stopped the bus and used abusive language and again threatened to throw away in the middle of the road. Not only this the conductor and driver both don't allow women to sit in the bus just becausw they will avail the free services. I request the govt of punjab to take immediate action against such drivers and conductors

I want to report an incident that happened during my recent bus journey on [[protected]] at [8:44AM]. The bus conductor used abusive language towards me without any reason.

Subject: Hit and Run Incident - Complaint Against PUNBUS Driver and Conductor

I am writing to file a formal complaint against a PUNBUS driver and conductor involved in a hit and run incident that occurred on 06/12/2023 during our journey from Patiala to Chandigarh.

While traveling, the mentioned PUNBUS with registration number PB08AA8673 collided with our vehicle from behind. Upon attempting to address the situation, the driver not only fled the scene but also verbally abused us when we managed to stop the bus.

This behavior is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the safety and professionalism of your staff. I urge you to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take appropriate disciplinary action against the driver and conductor involved.

For your reference, I have available evidence, such as photos or videos, documenting the incident. I request that you keep me informed about the steps taken to address this issue and the outcome of your investigation.

This is in regard to misbehavior by the conductor on Bus No. PB02 9404 from Chandigarh to Jalandhar on 17/11/2023 at 3pm.The conductor on duty misbehaved with women passenger and tried to charge money for the girl child travelling with mother even after showing the proper aadhaar card and put them off from the bus at Mohali.

Proper inquiry and action is requested against the conductor for misbehavior with the women passenger.

I am a college student. I travel daily to ludhiana from goraya. I spend 90 rupees on bus fare daily. So I want to make bus pass. But no punbus is stop at goraya from ludhiana at evening. So I request you to stop punbus at goraya from ludhiana at evening.

I am suspecting a case of misleading public by Punbus Volvo or a case of corruption.

The punbus volvo booking website advertises free wifi, water bottle, facial tissues but none of this is provided in the actual journey.

Either the website is misleading or there is corruption where the amenities are actually not being provided even after charging a premium fare.

We are daily passengers and we have to reach from Mukerian, Dasuha to Jalandhar for our duties well in time. But, we would like to bring notice of head office of Punjab Roadways that Punjab Roadways Ludhiana Depot Bus No. PB10HT2844, which has the route from Pathankot-Ludhiana & vice versa, is being operated by the driver and conductor, who misbehave particularly with daily male passengers and they fight with other passengers for seats, which they kept reserved for their girl friends. On these issues, they keep grudges and does not stop the bus at major bus stops of the route i.e. Mukerian, Dasuha etc. But they stop the bus on stops which are not allowed on route i.e. Emma (near Mukerian) etc. to pick up their female friends daily. This attitude and behavior of bus driver and conductor is degrading the image of Punjab Roadways and daily passengers are suffering to reach their duties in time. Please look into the matter and strict action may be taken either to change the driver and conductor of the bus or to issue strict directions to stop the bus on major bus stops.

This is to bring in your notice that I have booked one ticket from Delhi airport to ludhiana on 29th September 2023. My PNR number was[protected]. We waited at shuttle for bus and tried to contact customer care and got details that might be bus was delayed from depot and they are not having any details for the same. After waited till 6.20pm as the bus timing was at 5.20pm i received call from bus driver stating he is waiting for me in kashmiri gate bus stop. He said my booking was from there only. Then I tried contacting customer care, the executive name Rohit put blame on us only that might be we were not at shuttle point at 5.20 pm. We haven't received any message regarding bus number or driver number on time .. after contacting again customer care they asked to put mail and hanged our phone

Grabbed me from arm and told me to get out of the bus the reason is only that I am a pass holder of the Punjab roadways bus and but he said that pass is not valid in the Punjab roadways bus I am a student he misbehaved very badly with me shame should come to management of Punjab roadways your bus driver used harsh words rubbish language, such driver should be terminated immediately from the services . I hope immediate action should be taken against him.

This complaint is regarding the Punjab roadways conductor and driver who misbehaved and abused old ladies and passengers.

Sir, I am writing about the concern on Punjab Roadways bus number PB-05AK 1738 (Firojpur) Ludhiana to Chandigarh Timing evening at almost 5:30 PM and reaching time 8:15 PM Chandigarh.

The driver and the conductor misbehave with two old women and drop them off in the middle of the road.

In the second incident with the same bus, when the ladies with children were getting off at the rear of the bus, the driver started the bus and called कुत्ते अपनी सीट से नहीं उठते I told him that is not the way to talk to the passengers they said हम लेट हो गए हैं,

Request you please investigate the matter and take necessary action against the individuals involved to ensure a safer and more respectful environment for passengers.

Sir on the above noted subject it is submitted that I have to go to Kharar on 13.09.2023 at 0726 AM, by the above noted bus, which was going to Jalandhar. Despite of about 20 vacant seat at the time starting from Chandigarh-43, conductor of the bus arrogantly refused to accommodate us up to kharar, even he has also refused to passenger to visit up to Roopnagar. We have also requested that we will not occupy the seat, but he has not accommodate us.
So you are requested to take exemplary action against the official. So that such type problem may not be faced by other passenger.

Complaint dated- 3 September, 2023, Sunday. Bus number PB 02 EG 9381, route Amritsar to Hamirpur. Bus Timing- 6.30 am (Amritsar) to around 2.00pm (Hamirpur arrival). The bus driver was rude and behave inappropriate, even use inappropriate abusive language and throw my luggage so badly that my all the fragile glass item broke down and even threaten me to get out of my bus and Kindly request to take a strict action against the bus driver. The conductor was nice even try to mange the situation by calming me down and even calm driver. I did not react that time because I know the responsibility and duty of driver towards passenger -to make the passenger reach their destination safe due to this reason I stay clam. Bus driver even use abusive language against other ladies. Kindly request to take the strict action against the bus driver so that passenger feel safe during their journey.
