I am a college student. I travel daily to ludhiana from goraya. I spend 90 rupees on bus fare daily. So I want to make bus pass. But no punbus is stop at goraya from ludhiana at evening. So I request you to stop punbus at goraya from ludhiana at evening.

I am suspecting a case of misleading public by Punbus Volvo or a case of corruption.

The punbus volvo booking website advertises free wifi, water bottle, facial tissues but none of this is provided in the actual journey.

Either the website is misleading or there is corruption where the amenities are actually not being provided even after charging a premium fare.

We are daily passengers and we have to reach from Mukerian, Dasuha to Jalandhar for our duties well in time. But, we would like to bring notice of head office of Punjab Roadways that Punjab Roadways Ludhiana Depot Bus No. PB10HT2844, which has the route from Pathankot-Ludhiana & vice versa, is being operated by the driver and conductor, who misbehave particularly with daily male passengers and they fight with other passengers for seats, which they kept reserved for their girl friends. On these issues, they keep grudges and does not stop the bus at major bus stops of the route i.e. Mukerian, Dasuha etc. But they stop the bus on stops which are not allowed on route i.e. Emma (near Mukerian) etc. to pick up their female friends daily. This attitude and behavior of bus driver and conductor is degrading the image of Punjab Roadways and daily passengers are suffering to reach their duties in time. Please look into the matter and strict action may be taken either to change the driver and conductor of the bus or to issue strict directions to stop the bus on major bus stops.

This is to bring in your notice that I have booked one ticket from Delhi airport to ludhiana on 29th September 2023. My PNR number was[protected]. We waited at shuttle for bus and tried to contact customer care and got details that might be bus was delayed from depot and they are not having any details for the same. After waited till 6.20pm as the bus timing was at 5.20pm i received call from bus driver stating he is waiting for me in kashmiri gate bus stop. He said my booking was from there only. Then I tried contacting customer care, the executive name Rohit put blame on us only that might be we were not at shuttle point at 5.20 pm. We haven't received any message regarding bus number or driver number on time .. after contacting again customer care they asked to put mail and hanged our phone

ਅਸੀਂ 15 ਜਾਣੇ ਹੇਮਕੁੰਟ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਸ ਬੱਸ...

Grabbed me from arm and told me to get out of the bus the reason is only that I am a pass holder of the Punjab roadways bus and but he said that pass is not valid in the Punjab roadways bus I am a student he misbehaved very badly with me shame should come to management of Punjab roadways your bus driver used harsh words rubbish language, such driver should be terminated immediately from the services . I hope immediate action should be taken against him.

This complaint is regarding the Punjab roadways conductor and driver who misbehaved and abused old ladies and passengers.

Sir, I am writing about the concern on Punjab Roadways bus number PB-05AK 1738 (Firojpur) Ludhiana to Chandigarh Timing evening at almost 5:30 PM and reaching time 8:15 PM Chandigarh.

The driver and the conductor misbehave with two old women and drop them off in the middle of the road.

In the second incident with the same bus, when the ladies with children were getting off at the rear of the bus, the driver started the bus and called कुत्ते अपनी सीट से नहीं उठते I told him that is not the way to talk to the passengers they said हम लेट हो गए हैं,

Request you please investigate the matter and take necessary action against the individuals involved to ensure a safer and more respectful environment for passengers.

Sir on the above noted subject it is submitted that I have to go to Kharar on 13.09.2023 at 0726 AM, by the above noted bus, which was going to Jalandhar. Despite of about 20 vacant seat at the time starting from Chandigarh-43, conductor of the bus arrogantly refused to accommodate us up to kharar, even he has also refused to passenger to visit up to Roopnagar. We have also requested that we will not occupy the seat, but he has not accommodate us.
So you are requested to take exemplary action against the official. So that such type problem may not be faced by other passenger.

Complaint dated- 3 September, 2023, Sunday. Bus number PB 02 EG 9381, route Amritsar to Hamirpur. Bus Timing- 6.30 am (Amritsar) to around 2.00pm (Hamirpur arrival). The bus driver was rude and behave inappropriate, even use inappropriate abusive language and throw my luggage so badly that my all the fragile glass item broke down and even threaten me to get out of my bus and Kindly request to take a strict action against the bus driver. The conductor was nice even try to mange the situation by calming me down and even calm driver. I did not react that time because I know the responsibility and duty of driver towards passenger -to make the passenger reach their destination safe due to this reason I stay clam. Bus driver even use abusive language against other ladies. Kindly request to take the strict action against the bus driver so that passenger feel safe during their journey.

Today I have lost my two bags in Amritsar-Chandigarh bus which is started at 9:30 pm from Amritsar and reached at Jalandhar by 11:30 then after I missing the bus as I am getting down for toilet after considering to the bus driver. I have tried harder but can't do anything as I have left my bus ticket in bag

Sir, I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I recently encounter while My daughter was traveling on Punjab Roadways bus on 30 July 2023, She boarded bus Number PB07 CA 3591 from Hoshiarpur to Chandigarh.
2. To my surprise, the conductor did not accept my Aadhar Card as a valid identification documents and refused to issue a ticket. and ask to my daughter your Aadhar is not updated but she hold a Original Aadhar Card and give her payment tickets and ask "jo karna hai kar lo me ticket de paise hi lene hai guse naal bolya."
3. I kindly request you to ensure that Bus conductor is aware of the acceptable identification documents and adhere to the regulation.

Today 02/08/23 travel from zira to Ferozepur daily. Punjab roadways Ferozepur depot bus num PB 05 5312 AMRITSAR TO FEROZEPUR 19:10 FROM ZIRA conductor behaviour is very rood mostly with ladies an he cuts ticket for FEROZEPUR that time he not said bus not going to FEROZEPUR cantt bus stand only go for FEROZEPUR city..at the end near the Punjab University College (second fatak by pass) they said bus not going to cantt...all passengers of cantt go down from bus...even he not stop the bus properly for ladies ..kindly take the correct action on him...as soon as possible...

I request to senior officer. I am cetizen of punjab. The above Bus no Mention in subject PB 02 CR 6622 the behaviour of Driver and conductor is not good. At 29/07/2023 we reached khem karan bus stand bus for amritsar. we asked him for bus timing but they told sit in private bus they force to sit in private bus again and again. they make excuess

Sir bus no.2681 conducter not give the ticket for parsal and parsal in the our kit and Ruff language use to the passenger.plz check immediately the bus and the conducter kit.

It is informed that on dated 14/07/2023 at about 05:08 PM, I was standing near the canal bridge situated near the Nestle Dairy, Moga and was waiting for bus for going
¡from Moga to Ferozepur. At that time one bus of Puniab Roadways bearing registration no. PB-05-AP-5631 (number might be wrong to some extent) came there. I signalled to driver as well as conductor of said bus to stop the bus but they did not bother to stop the bus. At that time, I was accompanied with three more male passengers as well as two female passengers and all of them also signalled to stop the bus. Being official of Government Department, it is the duty of the above said driver as well as conductor to stop the bus so that the general public can go one place to other. Moreover, the motive of Punjab Roadways Department is to help the passengers for going one place to other. My one friend was also present in the abovesaid bus at that time and I was informed by him that the above said persons also did not the bus at Talwandi
Bhai Chowk as well as Bus Stand of Talwandi Bhai. Due to above said acts of above said driver as well as conductor in routine, the general public has to face problems in these days of summer season.
As per yard control register maintained by concerned department, the name of above said driver as well as conductor can be found. So, I request your goodself to take appropriate action against above said driver as well as conductor and to give directions to them to cooperate the general public in these days of summer. I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness. The pic of ticket issued by prtc bus is attached to show my presence on above said date and time at Moga.

Is so rude and misbehaving with me and my mother today regarding change of rupees. Sometime Somehow a passenger has't change in emergency. Buy this does not mean thata a bus conductor so shameless and misbehaving. Also he had given change to other passengers with saying him remaining balance will given later on. So why in my turn he refused to give me ticket. My ticket no is 249704.Bus route is from moga to kotkapura.Date is 13/07/2023 and time is 01:25 PM.
Iam also a employe of Punjab govt. So how a employee is misbehaving with other punjab departmental employee, because it shows how he is behaving with normal people.
This is ridiculous and should not be tolerated. So please concern about it should take some action.

The conductor is very badly abusing to laddies...and not guide to properly. Conductor ne jaan buj ke bus nahi roki uper se laddies ko abuse krne lagge..
