Punbus / Punjab Roadways — Conductor misbehave

I board a bus to travel phagwara from jalandhar bus stand( registration number pb08cb9762).After leaving bus stand when I was buying ticket conducter said if any passenger that is going ludhiana board on the bus from P.A.P chowk left your seat and give it to the ludhiana passenger. I ask him why should I left my seat then he replied if you have any problem leave the bus right now.After that he starting misbehaving and blow whistle for stopping bus and returned my money.he stopped bus in middle of flyover where I could not get any bus. I walk for few minutes to take some vehicle. I was mentally harassed and I am patient having blood clot in brain. Anything can happened in these circumstances.
Kindly please take suitable action against him so no one go through these circumstances like me.
