Punbus / Punjab Roadways — Free Ticket was not given even after providing aadhar in digital form

I boarded on a bus from kharar having no 8067 C NO PC265 D:D080 at 4:58 pm on 18/06/2022.
I have adhaar card in digital form as I can't carry all I'd proofs in physical form as well as in the era of 'Go Digital'.when it came to buy ticket on digital aadhar, the bus conductor refused to issue me ticket saying that " it is not valid, only physical adhaar card is valid". I had to paid Rs.105/- for the ticket although ticket fare is free for all women in Punjab Roadways .The conductor was very rude and behaving harsh when I asked why digital adhaar is not valid.
It was very disappointing when state government announced for women for free ride anywhere but the poor staff is not cooperating with government..
