Punbus / Punjab Roadways — handicap pass denied by conductor

Today i am going to delhi from jalandhar bus stand. When i sit in bus punjab roadways conductor looked my bus pass. And he said it is not allowed to free travelling for handicap person. I have valid bus pass. I am 100% bus handicapped. Please look this matter carefully. Bus no pb08cx9427 conductor name variender singh. He told
