Punbus / Punjab Roadways — Need refund for online booked Bus that did not come on counter

I had booked two PUN BUS AC tickets from jalandhar to Chandigarh for 26th june online from the official website.
Passanger name Shamli Sood, Nirupama Sood

The departure of Bus from isbt jalandhar counter number 23 was at 9:25 AM. We were at the counter from 9:00AM to 10:00 AM. The bus did not show up at all. The person receiving the calls on enquiry number also did not give any information regarding th bus.

I want refund of the booking amount i.e.
