Punbus / Punjab Roadways — Non stoppage of buses at the designated bus stop.

I commute daily to my workplace that's why I have to board a bus daily from Jandu Singha Bus stop distt Jalandhar between 7:30 a.m to 8 a.m. Although there are 5 govt buses that ply in the given time slot but none of them stops at the stand.I[censored]nwillingly any of the bus has to stop to let the passengers get off the bus they stop either far behind the bus stand or far ahead the bus stand. Passengers have to run towards the bus to board them.I request you to please look into the matter. The number of one of the buses that didn't stop is PB 07 AE 8826.
