Punbus / Punjab Roadways — Not cooperating with me and not have manners or sense to talk and not clearing my my query related students pass.

Iam Harjot Singh.Iam student of doaba groups of colleges. I went to punjab roadways office ropar depot for students pass but they refused to co-operate with me and arguying with me in a rude way.the lady officer can not co-operate with me and I was really sad because it's around 1 mounth and i have not given any suggestions by lady officer regarding student pass.so, I requested to punjab roadways that you have to take action on this lady officer.its my humble request to you. Thankyou
