Respected Sir/Madam,
Today (5 July, 2022) I was travelling from "Chandigarh" to "Sahaspur" (Uttarakhand) in a Punjab Roadways bus with bus number "15095026" which was destined to "Rishikesh". My home is 3 km away from "Herbertpur" which is the main bus stop and after that comes "Sahaspur" which is 5 km away from my home. I paid extra money to bought the ticket to "Sahaspur" so that no one will object me when I will get off the bus in between.
When I reached the destination and get up to get off the bus, the conducter started shouting on me and even try to hit me and driver was also using abusive language with me without any reason.
I humbly told them "I buy a ticket to "Sahaspur" so if I get of the bus before the destination arrives where is the problem in that". Then again bus conductor shouted at meand told me, "This is not a local bus which you can stop anywhere this is the rule of our org. that the bus will only stop on the fixed main bus stops, Remember this face and never even try to aboard the bus wherever you see this face".
Then they drop me 2 km away from my home after the people sitting in the bus also asked them to stop the bus after watching there behaviour. It was the worst experience for me and it was too embarassing also, as they both were shouting at me like mad dogs in front of all the people sitting in the bus and I can't do anything except only requesting them to drop me near my home again and again but they didn't even listened me once.
I was travelling with Punjab Roadways from last 3 years and never even once faced this kind of misbehave and embarrassment from any other person.
I don't know how many people like me have faced this kind of embarassment from your staff. Please take a hard action against those two people to set the example for others also, so that they don't misbehave with other passengers like they did with me and also to save your goodwill, I myself was truly respected your bus services before but now all the respect is gone. Please it's an humble request to you otherwise people like these will definitely tarnish your goodwill further and I really don't want that to happen because not all the people of your staff are bad and behave like they did today.
And kindly also provide the people with set of your rules and regulations guide before aboarding your Punjab Roadways bus, so that people like me can save there money and also save our self respect from these kind of ###.
I hope this e-mail finds you well and a good action will be taken from your end as this is the only way I can tell them that there behaviour with the passengers is wrong.
Note - I have also attached the picture of the ticket below for your reference. Once you recieve this mail please notify me also as I am waiting for the rightful action from your end.
