Pune Municipal Corporation — common bathroom and the main shutter is closed

We have shop in savarkar bhavan, opposite joshi wadewala, the bathrooms for ladies are so bad, there is no window glasses, ground floor bathrooms are locked n the keys are there with aakash chinh office staff they lock the bathroom, for senior citizen n for handycap it's so problematic to climb the stairs and main thing if corporation offices are closed then they close the shutter, if we have to use bathrooms then we have to go from basement, this is are request that please do something about it as all o[censored]s are facing this problem everyday, pls look into the matter, thanks

Updated by Jyoti Agarwal Pabale After registering the complain i received the calls from this 3 numbers [protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]
They called me n said they are working in corporation n asked me about the problem, they told me that i have to pay 500 rs for registering the complain n that too only online, they asked me my account details n card details, i told them that your call is recording in my phone n i'll make a complain against them, so they cut the phone, this is just to inform you, pls look into the matter.

There is a little Jungel form in our colony because of that snake are been seen oftenly it may cause harm all.. Plzz take it very seriously.. 2 of our citizen are suffering from illness because of dirty smell nd fear of snakes plzz take fast action on it.. Thank You!

There is an illegal construction in the basement of the Celsia Park building in Narhe gaon near Siddhi lawns by builder without talking any permission from pwd department.

Illegal row house constructed in lohegaon dhanori road, behind hp petrol pump which is newly open i think these type of construction should need to demolish as soon as possible .
I had gone through the papers of that row house projects they are not plan passed .
and even after that the builder is selling that row houses .
