Pune Municipal Corporation — water leakage from the upper flat in society

Dear Sir,
This letter is to draw your attention to the continuous water leakage in apartment no D-702, gini sanskruti, handewadi road, hadapsar, pune:28. from D-802 (owner Rita Motiwani :- [protected]). From last 7 months from my last complaint letter to society. The water is leaking from multi places causing damages to my furniture, walls and ceilings. Now the water has entered in the electrical conduit, which is dangerous my kids and family, even making the structure weaker. In the month of November electrical spark had also happened causing in electrical fitting to burn, which has been inspected by the supervisor (Mr. Vittal) and Chairman (Mr. Kakade). It is becoming increasingly difficult to cope with the situation and worse is yet to come.
I have already communicated my complaint via mail, letter and verbally with all the responsible person of Gini Sanskruti housing society but no action has been taken so far. I kindly ask to handle this matter in a top priority fashion and plan for final and permanent solution.
