I would like to draw your attention to the burning of waste in our surrounding-
Ganga dham,
Bungalow society, phase-1,
Market yard,
Pune-411037.
This is going on for the past 2 months.
The smoke so produced enters directly to our house and fills the air with an intolerable and irritating odour.
This is not only harming the senior citizens and the health of the people in the society but also polluting the environment.
Also after repeated requests they refrain from putting this to an end.

Dear Sir,
This letter is to draw your attention to the continuous water leakage in apartment no D-702, gini sanskruti, handewadi road, hadapsar, pune:28. from D-802 (owner Rita Motiwani :- [protected]). From last 7 months from my last complaint letter to society. The water is leaking from multi places causing damages to my furniture, walls and ceilings. Now the water has entered in the electrical conduit, which is dangerous my kids...

A lot of street dogs are increasing day by day in dyandeep society, magarpatta, hadapsar area. The residents living here are facing many problems due to this. Recently a group of dogs attacked a senior citizen, they bark continuously at midnight and run behind every passing vehicle leadind to a lot of chaos. Please look into the matter on a higher priority!!!

I send 10000 rupees to my frnds account but my transaction is still showing pending transaction and money is deducted from my account but haven't received to the beneficiary. I want my money back or should be received to the beneficiary.. It is very urgent and i dont have another 10000 rupees to send it again... I want refund aur transaction successful

Lots of garbage around the house has caused a lot of foul smells and mosquitoes. We have a problem living here. I urge you to look into this as soon as possible. Daily there is a lot of trash scattered around. Everyday the pmc garbage track came by, even though no one pick that trash. Trash get spread on roads which creates unhygienic situations. Trash can from shops and residents are collected on daily basis. But no one pick the trash which is collected from lanes. Lanes are not that clean as they should be. Please pay attention.

In the area anandnagar malwadi hadapsar near serum company, in that area street light are not working properly. Some of them are blinking and some of them are in off state. So we are request you to please check our problem. We kindly request you. Many times we complained about this problem about nobody came here to check and ignore this due to this darkness many accident happens. So we kindly request that have a look in that problem as soon as possible

There is high increase of dog population in khandve nagar, nagar road area, people often afraid of dogs, and they are mostly along side of the roads. There is high chance of people bitten by dogs, elderly and children population is large in this area. It is a high risk situation as some of dogs are likely to infected with rabies. Please do needfully

La ratan lane road baner pune -411045

From several days i have noticed on car with number mh 12 ph 0515 white ciaz has been parked illegally which is causing very much big trouble for me, along side of it has big potholes from where i have to ride my bike.

I have talked with the owner but he refused to move his car from the public road, which i think not right thing.

Can you please take necessary action.

I am a resident of orion complex, aundh road, bopodi, pune 20. It has become extremely difficult to enter the lane heading towards chikhalwadi because of stray dogs, especially at night times. They go insane and start barking on two wheeler which can have fatal consequences. I have personally face this several times. I would suggest the control unit to lift them off the area as we local residents are on stake.

There is illegal construction going on at kondhwa khurd near crown bakery, opposite satyam kashish building & all steel, sand are unloaded on road which creates problem for people staying in near by society, even after informing to the builder he is not ready to take any action, & daily vehicle passing on this road have face problem due to material unloaded on road.

Azad nagar wanowrie - last lane adjacent to forest land. There has been a lot of rain this year and there are now a few stagnant pools of water standing for the last few weeks. Nobody has done anything about these and these have now turned into breeding grounds for mosquitoes. Huge swarms of mosquitoes every evening in this area. Please arrange to have these sprayed as soon as possible.

Viman nagar has high encroachments. The vendors occupying the footpaths and shop extensions are using cooking gas cylinders and preparing things which possess huge risks to people who commute on the roads.
The lane opposite to shalimar trump has encroachments starting in the evenings and use gas burners, cylinders to make things. It is very difficult to cross the lanes.
There is a shop near kailash super market which has extended the shop to let the vendors sell cigarettes, tobacco products, tea (Using unsafe cylinder hose pipes) which is just 10 - 15 meters from the learning curve nursery and playgroup. This is illegal. During diwali, there was fire cracker shop without fire extinguisher, besides the tea vendor and fast food selling shop which was very serious fire explosion threat to people having shops besides and commuters using the foot path and roads.
The encroachment was removed a couple of times in morning / afternoon, but business was as usual by evening. Request the authorities to even see the results in the evening and have more frequent visits to avoid encroachments. There are several cigarettes, tobacco products, tea vendors operating very close to the schools.

The led street lights in shubhnagari society opposite rahul nagar on madan talathi path in front of plot number 53 is continuously flickering on & off. Please attend urgently in view of safety & security. This is not working since last one week. It is not good considering the security in the night. The theft can take place. There are senior citizens in shubh nagari. Please help

The road of punyadham ashram kondhwa is in a very bad condition. There are big big potholes and have to make a way out from these potholes which is very difficult. I request you to look into this matter immediately to avoid any mishaps. This road is being in a bad condition for almost a long time. Small children go in rickshaws and van's on this road which can be very dangerous. I hope it is resolved as soon as possible. Thanks

The Roads in wagholi were earlier narrow but now the roads have disappeared too.
We do not have access to basic necessities.
No garbage dumping zone. No proper traffic police. Rule have never been followed people here do.not respect traffic police.
Police sit and laugh on serious issues like accident.
Kindly pay attention to WAGHOLI.
Last 4byears the situation is turning from bad to worse

We are having leaking from flat 1006 b5 runwal seagull in our flat flat no 906 b5 since 2 months flat owner is not picking the phone and not replying to message, same problem was there 4 yrs back that time also he has not cooperated we have contacted tenant of flat 1006 to inform his owner but he is also not replying. Four yearsback same problem was there we did repair by paying 25000 he has not paid a single rupee. So what to do now our tenant has also contacted him but no reply from his side

Hello sir there is a leaking water in walls illegal construction of terrace and they are adding a bulk of soil on terrace walls are broken and leaking water a lot we suffer from dengue no one is taking responsibility on that they r teasing us and sir if possible plz do action towards builder is also responsible he taking only money from there is no legal documents with him

There is a leakage in the ceiling in our kitchen. The water is getting accumulated in the ceiling fan wire. The flat owner is not doing anything. We already spoke to a plumber he said the leakage is from up he needs to do water proofing in his toilet. It is almost 2 months. I am not sure what else to. The water is falling in the middle of the room which is unhygeinik and dangerous also

There are many potholes on the hinjewadi chowk road near phase 1.
Please fill it atleast temporary if not possible to fill permanently.   Replace all

I am living at 6th floor - flat# a4/602, kumar samruddhi, tingrenagar road, visharntwadi, pune. The flat owner of a4/502 who lives on 5th floor (Below my flat) has built a metal cover shed for the balcony which is not allowed as per pmc norms.
This is causing a lot of problems to me and my family:
