Hello sir,

My vehicle is in no parking area where am stranded near by area. As per rules police have to
1. announce twice before towing but they can’t.
2. They damaged my vehicle front site while towing.
3. My vehicles handbrake active when they towed, but carelessly they towed.

Reporting police station - shastrinagar, yerawada, pune

After paid the fine.
While am asking them for damage's, they where start abusing and they sealed vehicle with jammer again.

Am asking to honourable police department - is it fair ? And who is responsible for my losses ?

My Car was parked in No Parking area, which was towed to Unknown Place on Nearby Street. I was asked to visit at that place and then asked to pay Rs 3500 as official fine charge. The other option they gave was to pay Rs 1100, but without any challan.

Being unaware of official fine amount at that time, I agreed and paid 1100 without asking for the challan. Later, I came to know the official fine for No Parking as Rs 719.20 on this forum.

From above incident, it is obvious that traffic police has tactics of intimidating common people with high fine amount, so as to impel them to pay the informal amount without asking for challan.

Can the Traffic Police give any justification for this corrupt behaviour? Can't they provide correct fine details on their website to keep the transparency for consumers?

This has informed you that I've received the legal notice against my vehicle. After investigation from my side, I found that the challan raised by traffic police is totally wrong. I'm unable to find out my bike photo. If you cross check my bike photo and my photo with attached evidences into the challan is totally different. So my humble request you to please take action on this matter and transfer all these challan and notice to correct person.

Today while my bike was parked in no parking zone in taokir galli.
Traffic police took the charge of vehicle.
But i was ready to pay the fine on the spot.
They asked for towing charges too..
When i argued. They told me to come to shaniwar wada police station.
I had to pay towing charged for the vehicle which was not even towed. Paid 785rs.
And mask rules only for citizens??
They were eating gutka and spitting on road.

Also in this e-challan and image was honda activa, the vehicle and its serial number is different, my vehicle (unicorn 160) serial number is MH12LS7640 and that vehicle no. Is Activa (NUMBER NOT CLEAR which is a activa. And offense time : 12:34 this time i was working in office. For your information i have attached activa image and i own a BIKE, so please correct challan as this challan belongs to that activa moped (M NOT SEEN) owner, kindly do the needful and revert back.

I received message stating your traffic e-challan to be put in lok adalat.

Challan No PNCCC[protected] is wrongly applied on my vehicle.

As per the image attached in challan, this is overspeed violation and done by four wheeler. This was mistakenly applied on my two wheeler Activa 3g with registration number as MH42AG8239.
As, it's applied on wrong vehicle, i request you to discard this challan immediately.
Your early action will be appreciated.

I am posting my complaint with a hope to get a responsible resolution. I am a law abiding person and also follow the traffic rules. I even respect the signals at night when many vehicles just pass by seeing no cop around.
Today I was on my way to office from dhanori to yerwada. When I was crossing 5-9 chawk traffic signal on the turn towards yerwada the signal was green . A two wheeler banged (a lady driver not noticed her bike number) from behind towards the back portion of my car. When I looked back the bike had fallen and the lady was getting the bike back to standing position. Out of humanity i stopped and didn't realise that my car was in the middle. Meanwhile the signal for the opposite road was open and the traffic passed by. I stopped to see if the lady was hurt. But the traffic police deputed there stopped me and asked to show my DL. Now they told i jumped the signal and hence have to get the challan execution done. I told them several times that the lady dashed my car and instead of asking her i was being harrassed. The officials didn't listen to any of my plea and made the challan.
This is completely a harrassment to a law abiding person like me. I request to get this investigated through the CCTV footage and help removing the alleged charge against me.

A wrong challen PNCCM[protected] has been issued against my car MH12TN5708. The image shown as proof is not my car. I own white color car while the attached proof is gray color car. I even didn't visit that area for which this challen has been done. The number plate is not correctly visible in the image attached with the challan but at least you can check the Car color. So please cancel this challen ASAP.
I have also raised the grievance PNCGR[protected] and sent the emails also on help desk but no reply I received. Hope you will help in resolving this issue.

And the vehicle in the photo provided in the challan is different, i have attached the photos of my activa and the one that was the original driver.

I have been wrongly issued a challan having challan number pnccc[protected] on 06-oct-2021 AT 15:22 by Pune traffic police for not wearing a helmet. After the first lockdown i.e in 2020 I has been transferred to another place since then I have never gone back to Pune. when I look the image then I came to know it has been wrongly charged. please check my registration number i.e mh12rw6980 on which challan is issued is a suzuki burgman(scooty) but in the image, the person is having a bike honda shine having a different registration number i.e mh12rw6890.
Please have look and rectify your error before sending the notice in my name.

Received challen No. PNCCC[protected], dated Nov. 17th 2021 with an image of the wrong vehicle. I am out of Pune city from Oct. 2021 and my vehicle parked in my building. It never came on the road afterward.
My vehicle is blue color Jupiter and not gray. The vehicle and driver/man in the evidence both are unknown to me. Also, the vehicle number in this evidence is not readable.
For your reference, Along with this challan evidence image, I am attaching my previous challan evidence in which you can clearly see my vehicle.
So request you to remove the charges from my account.
I have raised grievances on mahatrafficechallan.gov.in but no one answered. And now they send me a court notice for the same. Request you to solve this issue ASAP.

With due respect I want to state that the E challan number : PNCCC[protected] was wrongly booked and I had raised a grievance regarding that in month of December. However there was no reply from Police dept. The bike showing in picture is not mine ( different make and model and of course someone else is riding that). Please nullify the e chalan so that notices regarding litigation ceases.

It is Tata safari dicor.
I have issued challan for some unknown BMW car. I have sent photo from challan, which is not my vehicle.
Please check it in photo.

Instead of solving traffic issue, police are busy in taking challan in cash without receipt near fursungi powerhouse.
So pls take action on traffic police of fursungi powerhouse.

I was given a wrong ticket or challan for my Kwid MH143923. My vehicle was parked in the parking spot in Pimple Saudagar, Pune, Maharashtra. It was within white lights. The evidence by the police is not proving anything.

The traffic police at the pune satara road askng money alleged that u have broke the signal dated last and asked to pay 1500 and gave a threat where will u go either court or any other office

I m complaining about the towing van forcefully pulling vehicles when someone sitting on their vehicles how can police officer and their towing van gang pull up someone vehicle. How to justify these types of traffic police and their towing van gang misbehaviour. If someone asking how can u pull vehicle when someone sitting on their vehicles. Traffic police forcefully pull up so many vehicles without listening people's if someone asking questions to police officer
