Challan no. - PNCCC[protected]

I am using a HONDA CBR-150 bike but the bike captured in the image is Hero Honda Splendor. It is the wrong challan on my vehicle. Kindly remove the challan.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have parked my scooter (Jupiter no: MH 12 TG 3819) in the Parking space at Viman Nagar Ave 2, Viman Nagar on Monday 7th February, 2022 around 3-330 pm.

However, Pune traffic police team has picked up the scooter citing that it was parked in no parking zone. However, I have parked my scooter in parking space.

I have paid Rs. 785.56 fine for releasing the bike. (Receipt no: PNCRE[protected])

I wish to submit the compliant against Pune Traffic police for either wrongly towing up my bike or towing up the bike with purpose of creating fraudulent case of parking at wrong place.

I also want to highlight that Police behaviour was very rude and inappropriate towards me.

Request honorable court to reverse the fine and provide appropriate compensation.

There are 2 two wheel scooter park at same place they did towed only mine two wheeler. when I ask him they started giving me Excuses . I did not understand what logic they are applying. Same rule should be applied for both..

On 2nd Feb I was fined for parking my vehicle in No Parking. But I was next to my vehicle still the police officials took the vehicle. Still I asked the officials that I was ready to pay No parking fine but won't pay towing charges as the vehicle was not towed. Still they refused to do so.

We had parked the vehicle at a proper parking area but due to illegal parking of Honda City - MH 12 FK 867 we weren't able to get our vehicle out in time for more than an hour. The driver seemed to be aware of the fact that we had been waiting for him to remove his car from the point but he ignored until we caught hold of police. As soon as he saw the police vehicle he came running to take his car out. Also the driver challenged us to complaint anywhere we want to.

Dear Sir/Mam, vehicle no MH12KY6580 has blocked my car by parking car it wrongly for more than one hr. Please take strict action against these people.

There's an abandoned truck in front of my shop on Lal Bahadur Shastri Road since 3 months. I have complained to the traffic official several times but no action is taken. Please do look into the matter.
Vehicle registration number is MH 12 FD 2264...

The lady traffic police along with her traffic goons who were misbehaving has put wrong challan on my bike. I was on my bike on the road side of JM road Pune & the engine was on and still they were asking me to pay for no parking cause I stopped to check fly in my eye and when I asked why they just put a challan for Rs.500/- under section 122/177 MVA because they were not having any proof for NO Parking & then they threatened me to move ahead or else they will put Rs 5000/- fine.

Kindly look into the matter and clear this challan from my vehicle MH12JV4302 as it’s false.

I don't know why i received this please tell me 5500 I can't affort i am only earning person in house and this is half of my salary please help me .. i am already into lots of loss .. upon this i got this message

It's my humble request to Pune traffic police please verify this wrong challan and wrong evidence, I have not done any kind of traffic mistake.

I parked my bike in parking zone with authorised ticket at 15:00 with 4hrs of validity, still traffic police officer towed my bike with the reason of Causing danger, obstructions or undue inconvenience to other users of public place or to the passengers by allowing the vehicle to be abandoned or to remain at rest on any public place, without any evidence, without asking me for parking ticket. I attached parking ticket with this complaint.

He charged me the challan with following details

Pls do necessary action against vehicle which is parked on foot path

We are facing lot of problems of wrong side drivers on the nanded city road. People travelling from madhukosh to nanded city drive on the wrong side to reach to the opening at rajyog road. Currently, the road is digged and yet 2 and 4 wheelers drive from there. If opposed, they start abusing .

We need some permanent solution on this issue

कसा तरी मी बाईक घेण्यासाठी पोहोचलो. बिबेवाडी येथे आम्ही ट्रक थांबवला. ट्रकमध्ये फक्त माझी बाईक होती तरीही ती अत्यंत वाईट पद्धतीने ठेवली होती. माझ्या बाईकवर मला मार्क मिळाले आहेत. तोट्याला जबाबदार कोण. मला त्याची किंमत कोण देईल. तुम्ही लोक फक्त जीआर कायदे आणि नियमांनुसार जाऊ शकता. एखाद्याच्या वैयक्तिक मालमत्तेचे नुकसान करणे हे कोणत्याही कायद्याच्या किंवा कोणत्याही जीआरच्या अंतर्गत येत नाही. जर तुम्ही दुचाकी टोइंगचे शुल्क रु. मध्ये घेत असाल. 786.56 नंतर तुम्ही मालमत्तेबद्दल सावधगिरी बाळगली पाहिजे

While crossing signal Location : mundhwa kharadi bridge, my Car got stuck in middle because of traffic when signal got Red from Green.

Because of this, Traffic police asked me to stop and asked me to pay in cash.
As it seemed unfair to me as i don't see that i have done anything wrong here and the situation of traffic was not in my hand, despite debating Traffic police asked for cash.

Challan was raised against me which seems not correct and even they don't have any evidence still being all this i don't have any option rather asking traffic police to raise the challan.

Grievance was raised by my side but its been declined with reason : Division report not available. If this is the case is it still i need to pay Challan of 500 Rs instead I would have paid smaller amount and avoided this situation.

Please consider this complaint and I believe this is the case with lots of traveller in this road.

If anything wrong done from my side I am happy to Pay the Challan or else if this seems wrong please get the challan declined.

At Gurunanak Nagar Chavan road near kashewadi entrance Diesel auto rickshaws are parked on road causing noise and nuisance to residents they block road traffic completely request Traffic division to survey Gurunanak Nagar Bhawani Peth Pune Chavan road katad khana area and fine Transport auto rickshaws

As i Travel regular from Katraj to Deccan, hence on 7/01/2022 Signal either stopped working or not shown red so i crossed & going towards Karve Road as all vehicle are also running on same way as my bike due to technical issue stopped in between signal just i restart & go ahead.

Respective officer taken on side & shown me wrong vehicle challan as money challan are dues on your bike.. I denied and ask for show me evidence there was no challan dues on my vehicle.

Later taken my ATM Card for paying challan due to i don't want waste my time on it that time but there was 500/- so I denied to pay on that time - IndusInd Bank Card not given back to me & challan issued against my vehicle MH12QN5871..

Why all these happen as challan already issued then why my ATM Card not Given back or on the spot payment is necessary..?

Also I have problem with traffic police department - Running vehicle stopping on road there is chance of Accident.

Traffic police Ms. Radha Suryabhan Gavhane assign me unnecessary fine Rs. 1000 just because I took left tern date: 17th Jan 2022 at Camp area Near church road, there is no as such sign that we can can not take left tern. When I asked her why Rs. 1000 fine? Requested her to provide bifurcation of 1K she denied & she spoke to me very rudely & said why should I share details with me. Even she threaten me for my vehicle.

Kindly lounge the complaint against Ms. Radha Suryabhan Gavhane, on her unwelcome behavior with citizens. Also she was rarely using her mask while talking to me. & she was so partial while giving the fine. She let go few vehicles without even checking Driving license for taking same left tern.
How can these people treat us / citizens so partially?? They should not treat us basis on your relations & your benefits.

Kindly apply fine to her too for her partial & rude behavior. I hope I'll get justice asap.
