I am park my vehicle in no parking areas...Bcoz of parking areas are full...
Traffic police towing my vehicle without any singel announcement...I was asked him...will you announcing my vehicle number...he said there was problem in speakers...we can't announce lodly...but he lie...he was not announcing any vehicles number before towing...

I got received e-challan for the date of 20.08.2021 13:18 for Police manual signal violation ( helmet not wearing ), but the image attached is not of me & my vehicle also

Also in this e-challan and image of two wheller is different with my bike ( red in clour ) . The vehicle and its serial number not clear seen in image, And offense time : 12:34 this time i was working in Pune BFL office. For your information i have attached attached attendance sheet of august 2021, The challan showing is of Vashi place. But I don’t go to Mumbai in whole life till today. Also I don’t given to anyone bike to go Mumbai for travlling. so please correct challan as this challan belongs to that two wheller, kindly do the needful and revert back..

My two wheeler was not parked, My keys helmet everything was there on the bike i just got off the bike to make a payment at a side stall for a water bottle . The guy with the towing vehicle pulled it to the vehicle and towed it, also when i tried to have a conversation he replied with bad abuses and violence threats .
Please look into the matter

There is no divider in front of our society on main road near mundwa bridge kharadi, it is located 10-15 meter backwards, so while coming from opposite direct we have to take that given divider. After crossing the road police standing there are sending us back without even listing to us and also beating to people which are going on bikes these will one day while be cause of someone's accident, if they want to stop people from going wrong side of the bridge they should camp there not before that, its painful for every day to quarrel with them due to them there are no circulation here, no people are coming to our shops, those who wants to come police sends them back.
These thing is going more than 8-9 months now someone has to tell them, because they are not listing to us and also they are getting extremely angry on us we cannot survive like this under police fear. Its hard every time to make a round trip of 2 km everytime instead of taking straight path of 15meters.

Why Traffic Dept send attached notice on 12Feb, 2022, EVEN I PAID ONLINE 500 against link of challan, BUT ONLINE STILL SHOWS UNPAID after paying attached slip.We made 4 times Complaint, but no reply on email, portal..as attached slip of Traffic fine had been paid online for helmet for challan no:PNCCC[protected] on 22 Sept, 2021, BILLDESK credited.UPI:[protected] but still shows unpaid, pls clear it asap

My bike is E-bike(Battery operated) two wheeler MH14JF7852, got unexpected no helmet [protected]@500.

Challan is on other name and come to on my mobile, piz remove my no from the notice

मी पुणे मधून जात असताना हेल्मेट घातलेले होते तरीही ट्राफिक पोलिसानी मला अडवून गाडीची चावी काढली मग मी हेल्मेट काढले व गाडीवर बसून होतो लायसन्स मागितले मी दाखविले . नंतर त्यांनी मला अजून कागदपत्रे मागितली मी तीही दाखवले .
हे सर्व असून मला ते पैसे मागत होते मी दिले नाही मग त्यांनी माझा फोटो काढला व मला जाऊ दिले .मला दुसऱ्या दिवशी पावती आली, परंतु मी 200 किमी श्रीरामपूर ला आल्यामुळे मला परत पुणेला जाऊन चौकशी करता आली नाही.

सदर फोटो मध्ये माझ्या कडे हेल्मेट आहे .आणि पावतीवर दंडाचे कारण विना हेल्मेट लिहिले आहे.
आज दि. 16/02/2022 रोजी मला मोबाईल वर संदेश
मिळाल्याने मी तक्रार दाखल करत आहे.
(मी हेल्मेट काढलेल्याने माझे केस दबलेले आहे )
सदर गोष्टीला दोन वर्षे झाले आहे कोरोनामूळे परत पुणेला जाता आले नाही . मला न्याय मिळावा ही अपेक्षा.

This is to bring to your notice that the traffic challan issued against my vehicle MH12MJ8354 for Traffic violation dated12 March 2022 is incorrect.

We have shifted from Pune in the Year 2016 to Mumbai & till date the vehicle has never used the vehicle in Pune . The CCTV image shared is also not clearly visible . It look like either the traffic cell had wrongly consider our NAME PLATE or some one is misusing the vehicle with our NAME PLATE.

I am law abiding citizen and have broken any laws of the society .

We would request the department to please check & remove the challan levid against our name.

Looking forward for positive response.

My E Challan No: HSPCC[protected] Was Paid Via Google Pay Next Day But Still Showing Unpaid

Check the vehicle model & the vehicle number of the traffic violation vehicle. I request you kindly to resolve the matter & pls. revoke the traffic challan sent to my mobile number which is wrongly attached to traffic violating vehicle.

I agree I crossed the signal and I stopped. Taffic police took the vehicle number as well and we asked him to lodge the complain online.After which he started speaking rudely to my father (ex army person) that what manners and etc to which we said that we are paying fine and to speak correctly I also showed him the license as well.He was rude and imposed more fine just in his aggression.I did not behave rudely or jumped the signal so just out of his aggression the fine was imposed.

Builder with name Unique Legacy in our street have been parking their vehicles on the road causing half of the road to get occupied with their vehicles with not much space left to move through and commute. The place where they are parking their vehicles is not the right place to park. I would suggest the administration to please take necessary action and mark the entire space as No Parking zone to avoid congestion and confusion.

Respected sir this hathgadi wala and snacks centres in govind halwai chawk createsa lot of problem in raviwar peth govind halwai chawk people's also park irregularly their vehicles and create havoc to traffic making a lot of jam evening after 6 oclock it's very hectic soeciallly

I am using a HONDA CBR-150 bike but the bike captured in the image is Hero Honda Splendor. It is the wrong challan on my vehicle. Kindly remove the challan.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have parked my scooter (Jupiter no: MH 12 TG 3819) in the Parking space at Viman Nagar Ave 2, Viman Nagar on Monday 7th February, 2022 around 3-330 pm.

However, Pune traffic police team has picked up the scooter citing that it was parked in no parking zone. However, I have parked my scooter in parking space.

I have paid Rs. 785.56 fine for releasing the bike. (Receipt no: PNCRE[protected])

I wish to submit the compliant against Pune Traffic police for either wrongly towing up my bike or towing up the bike with purpose of creating fraudulent case of parking at wrong place.

I also want to highlight that Police behaviour was very rude and inappropriate towards me.

Request honorable court to reverse the fine and provide appropriate compensation.

There are 2 two wheel scooter park at same place they did towed only mine two wheeler. when I ask him they started giving me Excuses . I did not understand what logic they are applying. Same rule should be applied for both..
