Respected Sir / Madam,

This is regarding Challan number - PNCCC[protected] for having violation of no Helmet on my bike MH 12 GS 3328. After checking the image in detail - I can guarantee that the vehicle number is not mine i.e. MH 12 GS 3328; in addition the person is not me and neither of any resemblance. I didn't give my bike to anyone. The number plate is also different.
Request to either reach the right person or revoke this charges.

I received challan for my scooter (White Activa) MH14HB3343.
On checking the details it is seen that the vehicle doesn't belong to me. Further, the scooter in attached images is Yellow color having number MH14HB3348
SO this is mistake apparent from record. Kindly resolve this as I am not at fault

Dear Sirs,

I have been wrongly challaned for going through the intersection of Ghorpadi Road and North Main Road on a traffic light when it was yellow. My Car no is MH12PN5880. When i was flagged down and stopped I immediately mentioned the traffic light was yellow when i went through the intersection. I was told by the traffic constable that one is not supposed to go through a yellow light. I even googled and showed him that when at an intersection the light turns yellow one has to stop if one can but if one is already at a speed where one might stop in the intersection one needs to drive through. No human eye is that competent to tell me when i could have safely stopped.

I find this most unreasonable and even against the Traffic Rules themselves. Proper training should be given to constables so that they are not overzealous. I have been driving all my life and am a Senior citizen. Harassment as such is hence not welcome. It is not the question of Rs200 or so which the fine may be but to be cheated by a public servant not properly discharging his duty is uncalled for.

I was waiting on road side inside my vehicle to wear seat belt as it was stuck. when I was leaving he stopped after wearing my seat belt, a police officer came on Activa he asked me to first reverse my vehicle which I did on his request. Later he asked for license which I showed and then he said I was parking in no parking zone and started taking photos of vehicle. I said I was leaving already and told him that the no parking was on other side of the road. I had not even parked my vehicle and was there for hardly few minutes. He still filled challan.

I am not jumping signal and I have Driving license. two wrong fine on my car so you take immediately Action on my complaint Thank you.

MH 12 MW6834 nano car is driven very rash on the road. I think it is case of drink n drive. I merely escaped death. Please check into the matter. You might save life.

Your corrupted officer charged rs 500 without any reason I was standing on signal she told me to come aside she told me to show my license I showed her my license . She told me to pay 500 rs . I said I will pay it after going home she was not leaving me. She was saying pay it infront of me . There where already 2 chalans on my vehicle and she was puting the third one I said u write a challan I will pay it latter . She kept a deal infront of me. She said I will less one challan on your vehicle you pay me 500 rs cash . I was not having enough cash I said I will pay it online . Then that lady asked me to pay 500 rs to the nearest shopkeeper it was a shoe shop I payed 500 rs. Online to the shopkeeper that lady instantly took 500 rs. Cash from the shopkeeper .
Then I asked her to less one challan. She said you go now I will do it. And I don't think she is going to less it.

At that time before she caught me. She caught a boy that boy called some ladies constable he was claiming she was my sister and that boy gave his phone to the lady traffic police miss khandagle and she spoke to that another lady constable on the call and then after that she didn't took a single penny from that boy and she left the boy .
This is the incident that happened with me I'm attaching the screenshot I paid 500 rs to the shopkeeper over there.

Dear Sir/madam, Complete Baner road is 'No Parking Zone'. Where should visitors park their vehicles, as whole Baner roadfront buildings are commercial. Most of big buildings have basement parking but small retail shops doesn't have any parking provision. If a women with her kids want to visit some shop, it is impossible to go by car. To visit any office space also becoming hectic task due to no parking for all. Please provide atleast P1/P2 or any appropriate option. Thanks & regards

The car MH12DM6444 is parked outside tge the parking zone in the middle of the road which is causing other vehicles trouble to remove and park cars. It is standing at the same place in the middle of the road for the full day.

My name is Vaishali Borade, today Jan 17, 2021 My vehicle MH15Bk3619 happened to be parked in no parking area in front of O basket, Kalyaninagar, Pune. I had parked the vehicle as per the guidance by the shop manager but the traffic police personnel Mrs. G. D. Ovhal charged me for no parking + towing for ₹719 in my presence. The reason given for towing is ‘you were not sitting in the car’, I was just 20 meters away from the car. I completely do not understand this. Before I could the reach car, the shop manager approached her to understand the problem and taking up the responsibility of the problem but then she started saying to me that why are you getting third person in between so I will charge you for towing.
This is second time I have been wrongly charged. Prior to this I was wrongly charged by Dattatray Bapu Shinde by signal jumping on kharadi by pass road on jan 9, 2021. This can be checked on the camera. It was an utter harassment for today’s incidence and last incidence.

I have received incorrect E-Challan on 17 Jan 2021 from Pune.

I have huge respect for Police and equally I respect Law and Traffic rules.

I'm not living in Pune since 1 July 2020, So how can I violate traffic Law in Pune,

Also, the image attached to E-Challan shows that the person who broke rules was not me and neither my bike.

I want to complain about above Fine charged for signal violation.

Please note I was Riding my 2 wheeler from Mangaldas Road and at Blue Diamond Hotel signal in Koregaon Park the straight road does not exist, and I turned left as there was no traffic coming from left or right. The signal was showing red for straight and turning right and nothing for turning left, but i was charged wrongfully this high amount by Traffic police.

I feel the Traffic police should refund this unfairly charged amount.

When I checked on https://mahatrafficechallan.gov.in/payechallan website, the challan are for different vehicle i.e. Activa with the same Registration no.

I think this bike is illegal and You can seize it and the driver's license.
Can you please investigate this matter as I am getting multiple challans on my bike.?

Hi Team,

E challan no PMCCM[protected] is sent on my mobile number. I do not own bike no. MH 29S 3880 also I was not driving it. I don't know who is Ankit singh (check images in e challan for details) I am not in Pune since June 2020. I don't understand why they didn't collect fine on spot and marked it as unpaid.
Please update your records and send E challan to bike owner. Also please untag my phone number for bike.
