I have valid License issued by RTO pune, and I had soft copy of it,
Lady police has denied to see digital License copy and charged me 500 rs for it with side mirror charges 200rs,

Dear Sir,

I received the E CHALLAN dated 29 jan 21 for the vehicle which does not belong to me .

My vehicle no is- MH14 FG 5197 (Swift Dezire) where as i received the image of the vehicle which has the no MH14 FG 5497.

Request to look into this matter and remove the charges as this vehicle is not belong to me.

The car no# MH 12 HF 3748 was parked in front our society gate at 13.14 am which is a no parking area. It was parked in such a way it was creating trouble for the vehicles to come inside the society. The driver/owner was not seen for more than an hour.

The attached image in the ticket is not my vehicle. My vehicle is TVS Jupiter of Grey color. The attached image clearly shows that it is a White Honda Activa. Either someone is using a wrong number plate, which is illegal.

I have attached the Insurance copy which clearly mentions that it is a TVS Jupiter that I own. Also, you can verify the same in other challans that are raised against my vehicle. They are all Grey TVS Jupiter.

Kindly please look into the same.

I was charged with wrong fine, the cop thinking I ran a red light coming straight on Pune - Satara Rd. Near Panchami Hotel Chowk while I turned left there from hotel Panchami as I had a green light. My friend also tried to convince the cop but still they did not listen. I work at Asha Publicity so there is no chance I would come straight from Pune - Satara Rd.

I just got sms . Fined me 1700 rs. For dangerous driving whereas photo is taken near Simla office pune. How 1 can do dangerous driving at that place.

I was at speed of 20.
Didn't break any signal.
My pregnant wife was with me.

What kind of harassment is this.
After green signal traffic police showed hand to many cars. I was confused to whom he has shown hand. Big tempo behind me so I couldn't side my car .I have every clear document with me.

After going further it is 1 way road. So couldn't return

Please consider my request to cancel all challan.

I have been charged a fine of 200 rs however that is not my vehicle also the person in the photo is not me

Respected Sir / Madam,

This is regarding Challan number - PNCCC[protected] for having violation of no Helmet on my bike MH 12 GS 3328. After checking the image in detail - I can guarantee that the vehicle number is not mine i.e. MH 12 GS 3328; in addition the person is not me and neither of any resemblance. I didn't give my bike to anyone. The number plate is also different.
Request to either reach the right person or revoke this charges.

I received challan for my scooter (White Activa) MH14HB3343.
On checking the details it is seen that the vehicle doesn't belong to me. Further, the scooter in attached images is Yellow color having number MH14HB3348
SO this is mistake apparent from record. Kindly resolve this as I am not at fault

Dear Sirs,

I have been wrongly challaned for going through the intersection of Ghorpadi Road and North Main Road on a traffic light when it was yellow. My Car no is MH12PN5880. When i was flagged down and stopped I immediately mentioned the traffic light was yellow when i went through the intersection. I was told by the traffic constable that one is not supposed to go through a yellow light. I even googled and showed him that when at an intersection the light turns yellow one has to stop if one can but if one is already at a speed where one might stop in the intersection one needs to drive through. No human eye is that competent to tell me when i could have safely stopped.

I find this most unreasonable and even against the Traffic Rules themselves. Proper training should be given to constables so that they are not overzealous. I have been driving all my life and am a Senior citizen. Harassment as such is hence not welcome. It is not the question of Rs200 or so which the fine may be but to be cheated by a public servant not properly discharging his duty is uncalled for.

I was waiting on road side inside my vehicle to wear seat belt as it was stuck. when I was leaving he stopped after wearing my seat belt, a police officer came on Activa he asked me to first reverse my vehicle which I did on his request. Later he asked for license which I showed and then he said I was parking in no parking zone and started taking photos of vehicle. I said I was leaving already and told him that the no parking was on other side of the road. I had not even parked my vehicle and was there for hardly few minutes. He still filled challan.
