Hello sir,
This is one of the citizen of pune . I want to complaint traffic police complaint as they had towed my vehicle from the area of hospital. today i parked the vehicle in front of poona hospital.. hope every body knows when a patient is admitted. No body search of parking area. Just park the vehicle where other are parking .
How you people are so insensitive . My father was not well i was not in the condition to search for parking.. your parking boards are also in bad condition that no body could read the same to understand the no parking area.
Please take strict action against towing people who do not understand the urgency of a patient relative.

I want to lodge a complaint regarding the unethical and irresponsible behavior of the traffic police in Alankar police station, Kothrud, near Paud road. Me and my friend were travelling on the scooty for an extremely important appointment on the FC road which we couldn't afford to miss.
We were stopped by them without any reason and asked to furnish the documents. We showed them all the valid documents including licence, RC, insurance papers. We were still asked to pay a fine of 500 rs because we didn't have puc then. We asked them the reason but they didn't tell us anything. We didn't habe cash to we asked for an online method. They rejected everything and said they only wanted cash. We had to wait for 30 mins before they let us go. We missed our important appointment and now have to deal with the consequences. Extremely rude and unethical behavior on their part. Stopping people from their important work just to extort money. We demand an apology or else we'll have to take the same to consumer court, due to the losses beared by us. Look into this asap

The vehicle registration number mh12tu6611 was driving very rash in complete traffic condition, he almost hit my left car mirror, and he was continously overtaking rashly from the left side on a road full of traffic while entering baner.

I am reaching out in accordance with the High Court law concerning the towing of vehicles by traffic police. If a vehicle sustains damage during towing, the responsibility lies with the towing company. I am writing to request funding for the repair of my vehicle, which is new. If the tow trucks are responsible for any harm caused, this is not an accusation against the government. However, if we commit a violation, we pay the appropriate penalty. Therefore, it seems unjust that we should bear the cost of damages incurred during towing.

I am seeking financial assistance to restore my vehicle to its original condition. I have attached the relevant challan and images of the damages for your reference. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter, similar to the prompt payment of the challan.

Dear Sir,
Signal is not being followed at Magarpatta main and south gate. Because of this, today i.e 24.08.2023, around 2:35 PM, my car(MH12UN5281) was hit by a 2 wheeler at Magarpatta main gate signal.. It was my turn to take the right turn as the signal was green. He entered from nowhere, hit the front part of my car and escaped. The police who were standing near the maingate (infront of Mr Magar's house) said that it's not their duty as a traffic police.
I request you to please check this matter.

I'm residence of kharadi area...
I would like to complaint against worst traffic conditions in kharadi area there is no traffic signals or no traffic controller at very busy point like eon circle ... vehicle are comming randomly at very crucial crossing point...it's very pathetic...and leatheal...I got twice accident at same point...n injured badely...still not recovered...I m concerning about little kids who are on bicycle...n go ...for classes...pls do help... very very much needed a traffic signal at eon circle...it's crossing point and ..vehi cles are coming from all6 sides...plz help...

Four wheeler MH12SE3241 XL NEXA owner drink and drived on 9/8/2023 around 3:30am in the morning near Atria Handewadi Nyati estate road. Used abusive words. He lives in Atria Grand.

I have been observing that traffic signal goes down after 10 pm at laxmi chowk and KB chowk in hinjewadi which is not good. Traffic in this area continues till 12:00 am ( at least for 5 working days)
When signal goes down, traffic become mess and create chaos and dangerous situation.
Could you please check and let traffic signal on till 12:00 AM ( till midnight) so that traffic can flow smoothly.
Also, it would be better to have cameras install to catch the violators ( not sure if already present.

Hello Sir/ Madam, I notice lots of vehicles travelling from wrong side of the Mundhwa Bridge, mainly 2 wheelers & auto rickshaws. This is an every day scene & I have personally notified the local authorities standing on the Mundhwa/Keshavnagar signal twice. I noticed that certain actions were taken by them but those were not sufficient, as the wrong side traffic still continues.

These vehicles coming from wrong side of the bridge join the main traffic through a broken divider at Mundhwa-Kharadi Y junction & disturb the people who are riding honestly following all traffic rules.

Also, when people travel from Mumdhwa/Keshavnagar signal towards Magarpatta, these vehicles driving from wrong side create a lot of trouble for them & is also very unsafe for the honest drivers.

I will appreciate if some strong actions would be taken against such wrong side drivers to discipline them lifelong.

My name is Samar patel and my challan no is PNCRE[protected]. Only 26 july night my car no MH12UN2027 was towing away by ms ashwini kamble a lady traffic police officer. I told her that the sign board was not visible because there was a marketing poster pasted on the board even if you see the challan images as evidence it was not visible. They created some types of emergency that if dont pay here i will have to pay 3000rs at the office. Fear to that i told her ok tell me the amount on that she said 1072rs she asked me for a card but i was not having a card so i asked to pay by gpay and she gave a number of a person who was with her as an assistant to tow vehicle mr sachin kamble. I paid him 1072 and asked for the receipt and she said you can check online i said ok and left. In the morning i checked that the challan was paid only 571 and rest she kept herself. I dint have her number to call so i sent so many msgs on gpay to refund me the same but that guy did not respond. I am attaching all the screenshot of challan and google pay screenshots . I feel that i have been cheated by pune traffic police and i want strict action to be taken by pune traffic police.

Challan PMCCM[protected] was issued on 15th July 2023 in Pune by constable Dattatray Shinde.

Issue/Grievance
1) Driving license was forcefully confiscated and kept by the traffic officer
2) The status of challan has been updated as "sent to court" even though I was willing to pay the challan amount upfront

This is done to harrass me as I belong to Mumbai and was visiting Pune. Now I'll have to visit Pune to get my license and get challan issue resolved.

MH 14 JA 0199 White car with white number plate vehicle driver driving rashly… requesting to file the complaint.
Driver push my two Wheeler in backside while my wheeler stuck in kasarwadi single jamp. I drive with my child, we both fall on ground after hit. It was happen at kasarwadi service road toward Pune arround 12:30 afternoon on dtd 22/07/23.

There is no rikshaw stand still rikshaw comes and stand outside my shop door and argue and give bad words plzzzz seee for this

Respected authorities, Kindly do the needful to adjust signal timings at karishma chowk, kothrud, pune. Traffic coming from karvenagar/navasahyadri has to wait for almost 4/5 signals everyday during peak hours, similarly traffic coming from karve putala towards paudphata also has long queues.
(Signal at main chowk and also the signal near karishma society gate needs to be adjusted) Thankyou. Awaiting your quick response.

I received a challan PNCCC[protected].
There are two cars in picture. My car no MH12SE8418, There are two photos in 0.45sec.durations. My car has traveled less than 2mts thereby indicating speed of less than 30KMPH . The other car has traveled over 6 Mts. thereby indicating overspending and camera flashed. Police do need to verify speed by looking at 2photos before giving challan to me. The response to challenging challan is understandable. Want Audience to understand police practice.

Now-a-days, Mundhwa Chowk is constantly met with traffic specially in office timings. One of the main reasons is that many people are driving their vehicles from the wrong side when travelling towards Kharadi or travelling towards Hadapsar from Mundhwa Chowk. People are taking things for granted & driving without any fear of fines from traffic police. I urge Pune Traffic Police team to look into this matter urgently as it is creating unncessary disturbance to the flow of traffic in this area. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

The evidence for vehicle number MH14KR3704 includes a photo of a different model and Vehicle with a red wheel, whereas my NS200 Pulsar looks nothing like it. I am attaching photos of my actual vehicle and the incorrect evidence provided in the challan.
