महोदय :-विनंती अजॆ की मी वरील पत्यावर रहावयास असून मझे वापरास माझे मालकीचे MH.12.PG.6999 हया नंबरची ऑकटीवा वाहन/दुचाकी आहे.वाहन नं MH.12.PG चे रक्कम रू 2000 इतकी माझे नावे आलेली आहे सदर दंडनीय रक्कमेबाबत पडताळणी केली असता वाहतूक नियमांचे उल्लंघन केलेले वाहन हे जयुपीटर असून माझे कडे अॅकटीवा असून दोन्ही वाहनाचे नंबर सारखेच आहेत.

पृवास करताना वाहतुक नियमाचे उल्लंघन केलेले नाही.तरी नंबर ससारखाच परंतु वाहन वेगळे-वेगळे असलेने माझे नावे आलेली दंडाची नोटिस रदद होणेस विनंती आहे.

Challan was registered without any offence. I did not break any rules still the cops stopped me and fined me. Also they took my bike keys forcefully. No proper evidence is attached on challan

As i received the challan i opened an image attached with it where it seems that person scooter (Honda activa) white color is not mine. The number in image is not clear so the challan was issued on my name as the last four-digit are similar maybe.
I am owner of access 125 silver color which is registered on my name. None of my family members use my vehicle. Offense day was friday 4:10 pm at this time i was working in my office.
Please look into the matter as early as possible and cancel the fine amount.

On 1 st feb i was driving through chandi chowk and 2 traffic police stop the vehicle and asking for rs.200 without any traffic violence. Both traffic police was drunk and misbehaving with us.
I denied to pay the amount and told me that i would charge more if you dont pay rs.200.

Now i can see he charged me rs.400 for sealt belt and valid license.
I came to office also for lodging the compalin but no one is helping in this matter.

This challan was raised for my vehicle mh 12 hk 5769, black aviator for not wearing a helmet on 09-jan-2019 11:28.
My issue is i have not used my vehicle on that particular day as i was not travelling to office. I have attached the missing attendance entry of my office to prove that i was not in office on that particular day.

Also, none of my family members use my two wheeler so i am not able to understand how this challan was created. I can have more proofs if needed but i too need a proof/footage of the validity of this challan.

This is regarding challan no pcnccm[protected], date & time : 8th feb 2020, 19:32. Sir i saw a no entry board in the way where google map showing us that way. There is bike parking in that road, so i stopped there. I am new to pune so i asked near by people that is there any other way to go magarpatta. I saw the traffic police and i wait there for him and asked him regarding the alternative route. He started shouting on me and asked me for the licence.
I gave all the documents there and even told him the whole scenario but he was not listening to me. Vehicles behind me start honking thats why i stopped in that bike parking area and waiting there for that cop to come and suggest me to next alternative way. But instead of helping he charged fine on me. Many bikes were parked at that area and thats why we stopped bike there.
If i was wrong i will pay the fine. But here i have not disobey any rule. I request you to consider my scenario and do the needful.

My vehicle was parked near modern law college shivajinagar where it was charged for no parking but there is no no parking board
Still i was ready to pay the amount but the police was not ready to accept cash. As per law cash should be accepted i had to wait for 4 hours until i got a card from one of my friends you cant accept a 18 year old to get a card

Dear Sir,

I am lodging complaint due to your department created wrong challan for related to my Scooty parking area. You may also check through challan # PNCCM[protected] dated 29.01.2020 where they mentioned that " Causing obstruction to free flow of traffic". Kindly check from which way they can tell that it is causing obstruction to traffic as i have parked the vehicle where there is no passing can be done. I have also attached images where i have parked my vehicle. I also checked that challan address is also different from the original address where the vehicle was parked. I have parked the vehicle between The Kode and Star Bazaar building which is on baner pashan link road.

Request you to please look into it and cancel my challan. And also request you to take strict action against such inappropriate challan made by Police officials.

I have recieved a e challan on 29th jan 2020. Adress of challan is talwade midc and image for proof is provided of some white renault duster.
However, i own ford freestyle number mh-14hd3496 and i am sitting in office from morning infosys hinjewadi phase 2 and did not go to talwade moreover i have come to office by scooty dio and my car is parked at home.
Dont understand how traffic police can be so ignorant and send such invalid challan.

Traffic police women made a challan against me even when i was standing in front of shop
I had every document and i showed her
Then she said everything is okey and she is not making any fine
And still she made a challan of 200rs for parking vehicle in no parking
Even she uploaded a pic from backside (Only number plate) and thats not a proof

I am not the owner of the two wheeler in the image provided. Also i'm not the offender in the image. I own one two wheeler which is a scooter that is registered in my name.

I am writing this complaint because of the fact that my vehicle with number mh12qp4529 received an e-challan dated 18-mar-2019 with time 16:55, for driving without a helmet. However, there is no evidence attached with the same challan and the e-challan number is pnccm[protected]. I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into the matter.

My bike number mh12pb8149 but this picture my vehicle isn't show than how i will charge for this and also my bike is white activa. This is not showing in anywhere in photo.
Please resolve my problem if you don't act any reaction than say how to i will change my problem. It's without any rule break fine. I don't like that way to spend money anywhere.

I have received e-challan pnccc[protected] of fine 500 for not wearing a helmet. However the vehicle is car. Also the image shown in the picture is not mine, it is showing some woman image. The violation date and time mentioned is 13th jan 2020. I was not outside of my home at that time.

Could you please cancel the challan raised on my name?

I have received fine challan sms of 500 rs for not wearing helmet. The details show the incident is for date 9th january 2020 12:01. Vehicle number is mh14eb8220. However, i have sold this vehicle on 22nd dec 2019 to mr jay dhodmani ([protected]).
In the image attached for this incident, the person driving the bike is not me. Please find attached reference of my vehicle sell transaction.
Request you to update the mobile number of new owner and remove this challan from my name.

I got a message to pay rs.500 as fine/challan for not wearing helmet.
The challan is incorrect, my vehicle number is mh12 pg5617and its a activa wherein the image and its number is mh12 pg5627 it is very much visible in the picture but still i got a message. I was at home at the time the challan was generated.
