I have got a false challan for my vehicle (Mh14cc3116) today as my vehicle is not out since lockdown.

I am writing this on behalf of my respected owner – mr. Vishal kothari.

Subject – 2 challan on his number by mistake.

Case 1 – challan no – hspcc[protected] – actual car is swift desire but as per challan photo it is a baleno.

As per the case and challan + photo the car is baleno (Mh 12 ph 4399) but the actual car is swift desire number – mh12 ph 4899 and this car belongs to the kothari wheels.

As per the photo the car is different and hence the said allegation and fine is void.

So the actual fine and challan should be on baleno – mh 12 ph 4399 but by mistake it is imposed on swift desire mh 12 ph 4899.

Case 2 – challan no – ptpchm[protected] – private car – but photo is of 2 wheeler

In this case the challan is imposed on our number again i. E. Swift desire mh 12 ph 4899 which belongs to the kothari wheels.

But the photo of evidence as per challan is of a 2 wheeler which is not possible and stays again wrong.

Request you to please remove the applied fines and challan from the above vehicle number – mh 12 ph 4899

Sir /madam, you have issued wrong challan to me multiple times.
That is not my vehicle.
This time also wrong challan issued. My amount is not refunded for previous challan after multiple complains.

I don't have a complaint, i just want the permission for travel with bike without driving license. I am stay in wagholi and working in icici bank kalyani nagar branch.
I don't have a two wheeler, i am using my friend two wheeler for going to office and public transport also not available in time due to the covid 19 situation.
In last week on 8th may traffic police fined me as per rule.

Request your permission travel from wagholi to kalyani nagar by two wheeler till the lockdown.

I'm omkar utture. I got text messages regarding e-challan about for violating the rule as driving without helmet. I do agree with that, but i want to know that, why so long period near about 45 days taken to generate my challan even my picture was taken on 05-march-2020? Why the challan was not generated onspot or on the same day? Why i reviewed the challan in lockdown period? I just want to know the reason.
I kindly request you to resolve the issue and i'm sure about our traffic police department that they will handle my complaint within law.
I apologize for my careless behaviour while driving.

I am owner of a bike but i've got a car challan.[hspcc[protected]] this is my challan number. Please note that my bike number is mh: 12, kf: 9543. And the photographic evidence there is a car not a bike shows that the vehicle number in the photo is mh. : 12, rf: 9543 the request for immediate correction is. Connecting to echlan and sending a photo of the car for your reference.

Dear sir/madam,

I was going to work from home, at bibwewadi chowk, signel was green, almost 50 meter ahead police stopped me asked to license i provide digi locker driving license, then i just asked what about people who are still going & now signal is surly red, she started giving bad words then, i said you just complete your formality & let me go please i'm getting really late, then she was like we are not * & you are not nobody to tell me what to do & not she was so arrogant & really wrong language.

I worked as police mitra for 4 years, did work for free for police & this all happening with me feeling so sad.
I really didn't cut signal, didn't drive rash & provided digi locker driving license also, vehicle is mine registered on my name, my dl is registered on the vehicle.
Just argued that after me 8-9 people went by cutting signal, why only me to fine.
She gave me bad words. Don't be smart don't teach my work saw like you thousands of people
Please help me.

As i received the challan i opened an image attached with it where it seems that person scooter (Honda activa) white color is not mine. The number in image is not clear so the challan was issued on my name as the last four-digit are similar maybe.
I am owner of access 125 silver color which is registered on my name. None of my family members use my vehicle. Offense day was friday 4:10 pm at this time i was working in my office.
Please look into the matter as early as possible and cancel the fine amount.

On 1 st feb i was driving through chandi chowk and 2 traffic police stop the vehicle and asking for rs.200 without any traffic violence. Both traffic police was drunk and misbehaving with us.
I denied to pay the amount and told me that i would charge more if you dont pay rs.200.

Now i can see he charged me rs.400 for sealt belt and valid license.
I came to office also for lodging the compalin but no one is helping in this matter.

This challan was raised for my vehicle mh 12 hk 5769, black aviator for not wearing a helmet on 09-jan-2019 11:28.
My issue is i have not used my vehicle on that particular day as i was not travelling to office. I have attached the missing attendance entry of my office to prove that i was not in office on that particular day.

Also, none of my family members use my two wheeler so i am not able to understand how this challan was created. I can have more proofs if needed but i too need a proof/footage of the validity of this challan.

This is regarding challan no pcnccm[protected], date & time : 8th feb 2020, 19:32. Sir i saw a no entry board in the way where google map showing us that way. There is bike parking in that road, so i stopped there. I am new to pune so i asked near by people that is there any other way to go magarpatta. I saw the traffic police and i wait there for him and asked him regarding the alternative route. He started shouting on me and asked me for the licence.
I gave all the documents there and even told him the whole scenario but he was not listening to me. Vehicles behind me start honking thats why i stopped in that bike parking area and waiting there for that cop to come and suggest me to next alternative way. But instead of helping he charged fine on me. Many bikes were parked at that area and thats why we stopped bike there.
If i was wrong i will pay the fine. But here i have not disobey any rule. I request you to consider my scenario and do the needful.

My vehicle was parked near modern law college shivajinagar where it was charged for no parking but there is no no parking board
Still i was ready to pay the amount but the police was not ready to accept cash. As per law cash should be accepted i had to wait for 4 hours until i got a card from one of my friends you cant accept a 18 year old to get a card

Dear Sir,

I am lodging complaint due to your department created wrong challan for related to my Scooty parking area. You may also check through challan # PNCCM[protected] dated 29.01.2020 where they mentioned that " Causing obstruction to free flow of traffic". Kindly check from which way they can tell that it is causing obstruction to traffic as i have parked the vehicle where there is no passing can be done. I have also attached images where i have parked my vehicle. I also checked that challan address is also different from the original address where the vehicle was parked. I have parked the vehicle between The Kode and Star Bazaar building which is on baner pashan link road.

Request you to please look into it and cancel my challan. And also request you to take strict action against such inappropriate challan made by Police officials.
