I have received a challan which states finefor not wearing helmet however the person shown in the image attached is not me neither it is my vehicle.in the image vehicle shown is a black unicorn however i have a white colored activa. My vehicle registration number is mh14ht3079. On clearly zooming the image the vehicle number seems to be mh14ht3073.

Request you to please check and cancel the challan.

My vehicle registration number is mh12px9891. On clearly zooming the image the vehicle number seems to be mh12px9391.

I have received 2 times wrong e challan. This complaint not belongs to me. The vehicle shown in echallen details (Image is attached) mh12 2689 (White colour) not belongs to me in both cases. But you mistakenly issued the echallan against my vehicle number (Mh12 lg 2689 which colour is brown).

My bike is of different colour. (Brown)

Please remove echallen against my vehicle number.

This happened today morning in between 11 to 11.30am near hadapsar main bus depot signal, below the flyover on sholapur highway. One traffic cop stopped me for jumping signal.in reality there was a bus taking turn to go in the bus stop and i have to divert my two wheeler so i do not hit the bus. The traffic cop thought i have jumped signal and stopped me. He misbehaved and talked rudely to me. He was also having a stick in hand and threatened to hit me. On top of that he said your license will get cancelled and he will file an fir for this offense. As i am aware of the new mv and fine amount, i said he can issue a challan. He was not having any challan book and above all refused to issue challan. Plus there were three to four guys sitting near him who he said are witness and when he file fir will give witness of this incident.

I think this was a "racket of extortion" as i try to reason with him to issue the challan and take official fine but he insisted on filing fir. He also forcibly kept my licence. Later those same guys that he called witnesses told me to give him rs 200/-. He took bribe and i was also helpless as being a common man i cannot go through legal harassment.

Very rude behaviors and bullying. He was very strongly built and has covered his face with a hanky. As i know mv act to a certain extent and take necessary precautions like helmet, shoes, gloves, rear view mirrors, seat belt, stop line at signals and i know very well that no fir can be filed for jumping red light.

Please look into this matter as i have given you time of this incident. There was no name plate on his uniform so i could not take his name. I think it is a complete racket. Hadapsar is a area where practical no traffic rules are followed and there a chaotic situation exist, no helmets, wrong lane, triple/four seat on 2 wheelers and guys like me who follow rules and take safety measures has to go though such humiliation.

Please do something about this. I am mainly concerned about humiliation and harassment and not about the 200/- bribe.

Very sad and pathetic behavior by a traffic cop who are suppose to enforce law and not trouble vehicle users.

I recently checked online on e chalan status against my bike and found that two chalans issued

While checking the challans i found these were issued in pune where as i have already left pune since 2011 and had already taken the noc also from the rto which is updated on the vahan. Nic site. Moreover the picutre in evidence shows a hero honda bike where as my bike is bajaj discover which is also mentioned on vahan. Nic. So it seems someone is using that fake number plate. Request you to remove these wrong challans as well as take action on that fake number plate vehicle.

Urgent attention..!!!

I have received many series of e-challans on my bike number mh12-mg-9125. When i have checked these challans, i found out that the challans made on the bike are doesn't belong to me, someone is using my bike number. Even i don't know the person whos riding the bike.
I own honda deo (Black color) but the bike this person is using is honda activa (White color).

Yesterday i received e-challan for the date of 10/08/2019 for jumping signal, wrong side driving, police signal violation, but the image attached is of honda activa and it's not even my vehicle. I have a bike.

I have received message for two e-challan on my name which i know is wrong.

Both are for seat belts. But i never drive without seatbelt. And 1 challan is of today 7 oct 2019 but i am out of pune and i have proof of that and i stay alone in pune i. E. Without family member so no one else drives my car.

I want to complain about this and get the challans cancelled.

This is with reference to the echallan no. Pnccc[protected] received for rs.500 (Without helmet) on 5th oct 2019, for vehicle no. Mh12jh2559 (The no. Of my bike - splendour), but image sent with challan is not of my bike (The image of hero mystero) the number of which is not clearly visible.
I am attaching the relevant image and rc of my bike.

My scooter is yamah ray ray model with no. Mh12nc5713.
Traffic police have issued 7 no. E challans against my vehicle.
Today i checked all complaints and i am sorry to say that all e challan are wrong. Photos reveal that the vehicle in all complaints is hero make grey colour scooter which is driven by a young person where as my age is 62 years
Please. Correct the issue.
If required i shall pay for these wrong e challans but after police correct the record and accept wrong issues. Other wise life long i shall pay for other person

From your end make the wrong echallan# with number of :-pnccc[protected]. I have used the 2 wheeler honda activa in white colour.in yours captured photos not my vehicle and number shown in that.
So please cross check and delete or rectify the e chalan. I have attached the rc book page images with the mail.

Challan says that my car has tinted glass or black film, although my glasses are crystal clear.in evidence section it's showing no evidence found. Kindly drop the challan against my car.
This challan was of last year and i haven't been informed too.. Please update your system so we don't have to get false challan. It's a humble request.
And kindly strike of the old challan which was wrongly issue against my car.

First of all, my vehicle is car (4 Wheeler), not sure why challan is raised against my vehicle number. Also the image is not clear so didn;t see the number of any Vehicle.

Request you to please cancel the challan and raise it against right vehicle.

When i check the status for any e challan on my bike (MH-12 RJ-2117), i see that the fine has been levied on me (Challan no. PNCCM[protected]) on dated 16th June 2019 for not wearing helmet in pune city. But it is not my bike as the image in the challan is of another bike and my bike is tvs jupiter, also it is not me. The bike number show in the image of challan is MH-12 RJ-6217. My bike number is MH-12 RJ-2117.

Even though challan status shows paid for the above challan, please divert this challan to the actual person and his scooter MH-12 RJ-6217.

But he demand money non official way.
He didn't give me receipt. He is currupted man.
I hate that person.

Ajj morning main vadgaon sheri (Novtel hotel - nagar road) signal pai jab aya to waha ke ek traffic police ne mujhe aage ajane ke liye bola, but maine bola samnese already signal chhota hai aur fast sabhi vehicle ja rahe hai, to traffic police wala mujhe bol raha hai "abhe tu andha hai kya, pagal jaisa kuy ruka hain, nikal" but samne se pehele se hi signal chhota hai.

Traffic police ka bat karne ka trarrika ghtiya hai. Agar inhe kaam nhi samjraha to nukari se nikaal dooo...

On 25 aug 19, actually i was stopped my bike roadside and waiting for one of my friend. I was carrying helmet with me, but as i was waiting for friend i put my helmet on fuel tank.

I really surprised that even i was not driving, why the traffic police captured my photo from back side and sent an e challan on my bike mh12, nz 6692.

Please refer the url below which i got from pune traffic police.in the evidence provided in that, it is clear that image is captured from back side, where as i was not even driving the bike. So why could i wear the helmet?

I think this could not be the any offensive.

I request you please cancel the challan on my bike mh12 nz 6692 dated 25 aug 19.

I use my mom's activa mh 12 pu 9876 and use helmet while driving.

However she received an e challan pnccc[protected] asking to pay fine of 500 for not wearing helmet.

1) when i checked the image in challan i could see that the vehicle number is mh 12 pu 9857.

2) the date and time mentioned in challan is 21september 22:10. At this time my vehicle was parked under my building

The challan is sent to wrong person. Please cancel/drop/waive off. Or inform about the procedure to get it cancelled

The fine has been levied on me pnccc[protected] for not wearing helmet but i was wearing my helmet.

I never took my helmet off my head.
The proof image which i got have not captured my face in it.

Without proper poof e challan is generated on my name.
