Today i was received e-challan for the date of 12/05/2019 for not wearing helmet but the image attached is not of my vehicle.

Also in this e-challan and image both, the vehicle and its serial number is different, my bike serial number is mh12 qx6636 and that bike serial no. Is not clear. And offense time : 12:58, this time i was at home. I have bajaj v15 bike, the image is a scooter. So please correct challan, kindly do the needful and revert back...

On 8th may 2019 at time 14.33 received e challan for violation of without helmet my received challan no. Is pnccc[protected] for vehicle number shown on e challan is mh12nv6998 is of my vehicle which is benelli motorcycle of white colour. Sir, the image shown by the traffic cctv camera is not of my motorcycle and not the number is clear in view and the person sitting on the motorcycle is not me, the motorcycle is of another make, request you to please check all the things thoroughly and barred the challan which is issued against my name.

Could you please check and cancel the challan as its not true.

I was driving wrong side on 4th may 2019. At 8.30pm.. Trafic man told me wrong side driving fine is rs.1200. He is not ready to list my words and directly fined.
When i got chalan maition that i was driving dangerous..
I didn't understand why people fine extra.
Kindly remove that extra fine amount..

This challan with Incorrect Violation: "Jumping Signal" is issued to me.
But I was out of town on that day, even was not in Maharashtra State on that day.

Also in challan there is no evidence of Number Plate picture. So clearly this challan is incorrectly issued to me instead of some other Number Plate Driver .

Dear sir/ madam,

Today I received an e-challan from Maharashtra police for NOT SLOWING DOWN AT THE ZEBRA CROSSING AND JUNCTION, but please consider the below points:

1) The image attached in the challan clearly shows that I have halted at the zebra crossing.
2) The time mentioned in challan is 4:16 pm, when the vehicle was not out. It was given for service. I have attached the receipt, which clearly mentions the time of delivery, which is 6:30 pm, which is after the time of the violation in the challan.

I have attached photographs of the challan, photo mentioned in the challan and the receipt for vehicle service with this complaint.

Kindly help me clear this false charge or Refund the amount as soon as possible.

I'm just taking a look on e-challan facility. Surprisingly, i found a e-challan fine on me.

I have been changed fine inr. 500 for no reason. It shows no evidence found and there is no challan address as well. Also driver name not mention on it.
The time of the challan is 21-june-2017 12:49 pm.

There is no photograph or anything relating to the challan.

Please revoke this challan as it is a mistake.

I was travelling to office on 03-may-2019 wearing seatbelt, however i have received below challan of comp. Fee (Rs)-200 pmccm[protected] on violation date & time 03-may-2019 18:11 for driving without seatbelt. My car no. Is vehicle no. Mh14gy7232.

However this is wrong fine charged to me and there is no evidence found against me. It might chance that i have wear black tshirt and so traffic cop was not able to identified.

So request you to cancel this challan against me.

I have been wrongly charged fine for inr 200/- by sending me e challan for using mobile phone while driving.

I have been wrongly charged for not wearing a helmet by pune traffic police and an e-challan has been sent to me on 1st may 2019. The challan date is 27th april 2019 (Time-18:17). Challan number is pnccc[protected]. They have shared an image as evidence. However i am not seen anywhere in the image neither my vehicle #mh12nf7140.

So request you to please cancel this challan.

I was wrongly fined for dangerous driving intentionally by the traffic police because I refused to give them 500rs..I told them that I will pay 200 fine amount for wrong side driving as per law..but constantly asking for 500rs, I got msg of 1200rs fine which includes wrong side driving: 200 and dangerous driving :1000

I got a echallan no # pnccc[protected] dated 14 apr 19, of vehicle no mh12 rc 9934 in my mob no on date 18 apr 19.in this challan, evidence image and violation of act which is without helmet, both are wrong.
In evidence image, rider photo and vehicle photo is not mine.in photo, vehicle is bike but my vehicle no mh12 rc 9934 is scooty i. E. Tvs jupiter grande..

Unknowingly or mistakenly i was going with the wrong route.

So, i can understand that for wrong route 200 is charged but without any evidence how can the traffic sergeant can put for dangerous driving which costs around 1000 extra & that too without intimating me.

i have received a wrong challan for my vehicle. I was not riding, neither it is my vehicle.

The photo sent is not mine and the vehicle also is not mine.

The license number also does not match.. Still i have been fined rs 500 for helmet violation.

I am a general employee in pune at navale bridge where traffic police officer is assigned to maintenance of traffic but on this deuty, he will be fined without any reason i tell him to check cctv footage for clarification but he denied and fined 200 rupees i record what he says and how to react when he has no effect to he did wrong things.
I am paying 200 rupees that not issue but this kind of things will not happen to anyone because they have no idea ask for bribery but i denied i want to take action against him because i think this is starting to take immediate action to this type of police officer to clean india from bribery.

Hello sir, few days back i was charged of not wearing helmet in city when it is still not clear that helmet is compulsory or not. Yesterday also same thing happened to me. Both the cases; there were many men standing around me without helmet but the police dint bother to fine them but just me. When i tried to explain them that there is no compulsion & i have a condition similar to spondylosis. I asked them it if is compulsory; they should ask from others as well ; both these police have been so rude and behaved unmannerly with me. So, i just assume that they can do this just because i am a woman and cant fight with them? My vehicle number is mh12nq2877. My yesterday's challan no. Is pnccm[protected] & i just need it to be cancelled.

I have a valid license; i follow all traffic rules but such incidences make me believe that is there anyone care about a common man? Question is not of 500 rs. Its about right & wrong!! I know for sure it is wrong. If it is rule; it has to be applied for everyone and not just on woman whose opinion does not mean anything to some people. I am hoping for immediate attention and solution of this complaint.
