Hello, last friday when i was going to office a traffic police man stopped me saying the vehicle has no registration number @ wipro circle. I bought my moped couple of days earlier. He told me that the fine is of 2000 rs, basically applying sec mva-39/192 (Vehicle w/o reg. & dl) twice just to scare me. After ward he removed one and asked to pay 1000.

I have been wrongly issued challan with no mistake of mine. I was at novotel signal and people form other side started moving even when signal was red for them. That stopped me from passing my signal, and the meanwhile signal became red for me. Traffic police did not consider the fact that because of others' mistakes, i was in middle of the signal. Today i got an echallan message from pune traffic police for the first time. The offence says that my vehicle was ahead of the white line.
However in the attached image, there is no sign of the white line which would give me an indication of my offence.

The least the traffic police can do is send offenders better images that prove their offence....
