I parked my vehicle in front of tiranga hotel in camp as usual. There are lot of vehicles and no proper parking place. Later on when i came back from my work my bike was taken from parking area by lashkar police, camp.
When i went to take back my bike, few people were standing at the gate of police station without any uniform. When i asked the police there inside station he told me to go to these people only. These people were extremely impolite, rude and ill mannered. As these people were not wearing uniform i coudn't see their name. He demanded 1200 for parking in double line.
I dint had that much of money so he just said 500/-, but in the end i gave him 400/-, he was looking at my wallet and demanding money like a beggar or thief and didn't give any receipt for this. Later on i checked the fine for this is actually 100/- only.
Extremely pathetic behavior of these all people.
Government need to look after to this.

This is regarding one of the challan (Challan number: ptpchm[protected] for my activa (Mh-12 md 0725) received over message to me. I have received the challan on 27/09/2017 at 03:28 pm with challan number, offense (Without license driver) and details of the link. Upon opening the link i found the details of challan as attached, which i think is incorrect one as i am in hinjewadi location (My office) since 10:30 am in morning and the vehicle is standing at my home in sus area. Also i have not given vehicle to anyone for any use. I absolutely have no clue that why the challan was issued.

It seems like there was some confusion in the registration number of the vehicle and hence i got the message which was suppose to be for some other vehicle with similar vehicle number but not the one of my vehicle. Request you to please check on this and cancel this incorrect challan.

Hello team,

This is in regards to the echallan no: ptpchm[protected], offense date:[protected], offense time: 12:06:15 and this is for talking over the mobile phone and carrying no license. I am in office, car parked inside the office premises at 10am and i get this message of traffic offense which is absolutely incorrect and blamed for. I would like to get this corrected in your records and kindly let me know what is needed to prove this!

I got massage from pune traffic police about fine charges due to halting ahead whit line, but sir i dont have the bike then how could you apllying fine on my no.

The bike mh 41 r1007 is not mine, this bike belongs to my freind and he is owner of this bike, and he is riding this bike. But at one time i had paid the fine charges through my debit card, i think thats why by mistake you have apply charges to me. So request you to please look into this matter and solve as early as possible. Your early help is appropriated.

Hi i have a complaint regarding false challan for no entry

In sadasev peth area in pune, as i am new to this area i followed the same rout to come back which i went through, so while reaching on one the bridge called z bridge, one policeman stopped me and take my license and said you have entered in no entry.
But specifically its a one way, i agreed to them ok i may have entered in wrong entry but i didn't see any board.
He said go and check for it.
I went to check and found that board was hiding by some "thela". Went back to him and told him that it was hidden its not my fault that board was hidden.
Then he come along with me to check and even he also found that board was hidden but then he started argued on the other side.
There was two boards one on left hand which was completely hidden and as indian we drive on left hand side so we preferably look on the left according to the traffic rules. Another one was on the extreme right hand side that too was also plotted in such a way that it was missleading for the one one coming from the straight and right side.
I felt like if the board was hidden by something then why should i pay fine for that.
I certainly agreed that i may entered in the no entry but due to board only so its not my fault. But still i paid rs200 as a fine. Whereas other local can pass freely.

Please help me to raise this concern.

The website which tracks the violation of traffic rules, punetrafficop.net displayed a challan against my vehicle mh12kh3424 dated 30/08/2017 at 11:54 am. The image displayed of the vehicle on the website shows a vehicle of black colour while my vehicle is white.
So in my view it is a wrong reporting. The no. Of the black vehicle in the picture attached is also not very clear.
What should be done in such case.

Hi, today, i was travelling on karve road at 6.55 pm from dashabhuja ganapati temple to kasat petrol pump and at the signal near savarkar flyover, one traffic policeman and one traffic police woman forcefully stopped me and started arguing. They were complaining that i had broke the red signal. Although i didn't broke it because when i was crossing the line, it was green and it turned yellow when i crossed the line, as i was in the middle of the road i passed the cross.

And she made a e-challan of rs 200 though she was not having any evidences against me. And they both were threatening that if i don't pay the fine, they will take triple fine, practically for no reason...
I want to see the cctv footage at the signal near swatantryaveer savakar flyover, on the side of dashabhooja ganapati temple between 6.15 pm to 7.55 pm.

I received a message today about the e challan no. Ptpchc[protected] for my two wheeler hero honda splendor reg. No. Mh14ad4597 for the offence on today, 30th aug.2017, of halting ahead white line, for the amount rs. 200/-. The snap attached by you in the message link, for this offence shows that this was some different vehicle with reg. No. Mh41ad4597. I am attaching herewith snap of my two wheeler and the snap shared by you of the actual vehicle under scrutiny. This e challan is wrongly sent to me. I think this might have happened due to a typographical error or by oversight.
I request you to kindly transfer this e challan to the right owner.

Hi, i was travelling on 14th august (Janmasthami) monday from a. B. C. Chowk to iskcon temple katraj and near swargate flyover, one traffic policeman forcefully stopped me and started arguing. He was complaining that i had broke the red signal. Although i didn't broke it because when i crossed the line, it was yellow only.

And he made a e-challan of rs 200 though he was not having any evidences against me. And he was threatening that if i don't pay the fine, they will take triple fine, practically for no reason.

I received e-challan for the date 26th aug 2017 (At 15:13:29 am) for halting ahead of white line, but the two image attached is not of my vehicle.

E challan number - ptpchc[protected]

In this image, the vehicle number is nor clear visual and it is dio. And that day (Ganesh jayanit) i have leave hole day i was in my house my vehicle not get out to the society parking. They have booked e-challan on my vehicle by mistake. Please switch this challan to the right offender with vehicle number. My vehicle no is mh12ly1241.

I received e-challan for the date 20th april 2017 (At 17:02:50 am) for halting ahead of white line without helmet, but the image attached is not of my vehicle.

E challan number - ptpchc[protected]

In this image, the vehicle number is 5243 and it is grey activa vehicle but my vehicle is purple activa i and number is 6243. Looks like they have booked e-challan on my vehicle by mistake. Please switch this challan to the right offender with vehicle number mh12 nd 5243.

I was fined 200 inr under section 239/179 stating violation of police stop rule whereas what i had violated is nothing.

The scenario -

I was travelling to office from wakad, pune to hinjewadi phase 3 via bhumkar chowk using service road and as there was no free left i stopped for signal but from the other way there were heavy vehicles coming towards me and as i was at corner every vehicle was crossing road almost dashing my vehicle so to avoid i moved my bike a bit to the left and was waiting for signal and the traffic police officer came and started arguing and took my license and fined me 200 under above section without even listening. When i tried asking the reason he warned me of fining 500 instead and when i insisted that if he thinks i jumped red signal then fine me accordingly which is 100 inr but he declined. Is this the way we are progressing. Just because i asked him the reason for fine he fined me more due to ego issues. Can any rto authority answer this or is there no officer left who does his job properly.

I wish to raise a dispute against the challan (Ptpchm[protected] of no parking offence issued against my vehicle. I am attaching photos of the place and the reason for the dispute are as below.

1. Please see photo number 1. The no parking sign is on the road however the vehicle is parked behind. The sign states no parking left or right of the sign whereas my vehicle was parked behind on a separate area see photo 2.
2. Also wish to complain against the concerned officer on duty as he was not applying his own understanding of the no parking rule consistently. Please see photo number 3 where so many other two wheelers are parked (Probably of the vendors around the area) and they were freely parking and moving vehicle and the concerned officer on being questioned by me said parking is allowed there however the sign if it applied to my place of parking definitely applied to those vehicles as well.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and take corrective action. Either my challan should be refunded as the parking sign is confusing or the concerned officer be asked about why preferential treatment is being given to some.

I was on signal which is near juna bajar, every day signal of that chowk is not working. Today traffic police kept us waiting for 25 minutes, and when i asked them what is the reason behind long wait they said nothing and then traffic of 3 other sides were continuously running. When after 25 minutes i asked them may i go now as it is long time and many other vehicles from my side is going now? They took number of my vehicle and told me they will fine me charge.

Myself Shahebaz working in Abroad almost last two years but before coming to abroad I used to work in pune at that time I used to drive my ACTIVA and at that time I was leaving in rental flat. suddenly 2 days back my flat owner send me message through my friend like for my bike traffic violation notice are coming from traffic police I shock how because my ACTIVA is now not in pune it's parked in my home parking in my home town. to understand it later I checked pune traffic police online website (punetrafficop.net) there I entered my ACTIVA number i.e. MH12JX8985 i found total 5 Challan on my bike number so to understand it I click view link of one record open Evidences image than i found there is another bike SPLENDOR with same number.

Kindly help me on this as this is not my bike and find the attached image for the same.

First unoppropriate behaviour in front of me 10 vehicle went they didn't bother to stop many of them

He didn't seems to be traffics police as well first as he was in khakee
I have pictures when he was going from wrong side and they were talking to some guy and doing settlement who was wearing traditional seems to be politician
Please if independence matter so much please treat it equally

I have parked my car inside the white lines and when i come back there is a lock on my tyre. I do not understand why this is the case. I have called them and since 2 hrs they have not come. As per my knowledge i do not think it is in no parking and even if it is i do not understand that instead of sending me a e challan which has started now they have decides to lock my car to cause me inconvenience.

Today my vehicle mh 12 lv 8140 was parked outside d. M. Hospital and when i returned it had a police lock on it.
To state a fact, the officer, constables etc arrived almost 80 minutes after my telephone call to the police centre that my car was locked.
At the outset, let me say that i sought a parking place outside, on the road only because the hospital parking was full. Moreover, i had parked properly however the police inspector pratibha joshi claimed that there was a "no parking" board somewhere which unfortunately was not visible and not just me but several other cars were also parked around.
I have paid the fine of rs 203 imposed however the behaviour of inspector p. Joshi was extremely arrogant, ill-mannered and she imputed that i was trying to save the parking fee charged by the hospital which was not at all the case. My repeated explanation that "hospital parking was full" fell on deaf ears of the officer who was unnecessarily shouting and appeared to be in a foul mood and was clearly behaving in a highly arrogant and ill-educated manner!
Officer training so that they behave politely with all is highly essential as also proper placement of "no parking" signs.
Kindly take up the issue with inspector pratibha joshi who has no idea as to how to talk with senior citizens much older than her. Please note that my argument is not about having to pay a fine but it is about improper placement of signs and about the arrogant behaviour of your police officer who falsely imputed that i was trying to save rs 30 charged by the hospital. That she wasted 70 minutes of my time and of several other people as well is also of some significance which please note.

According to my knowledge i have not done any offence like above mentioned hence there is no image of my vehicle.
