Compliment against rash driver

I want to file a complaint against one scotty drive related to rash driving

Date 15-nov-22 time 6:15 PM when I am leaving from the office gate at sarang society, sahakar nager, pune. waiting to clear traffic to cross the road I am at stopped position on road side .one scotty rider has been using a mobile phone in one hand and calls with someone and this driver hit my bike and fights with me and abuses me and run from accident site and he is driving bike very fast and not wearing helmet

I am safe not injured
But my bike handle gets some damage

Dear Sir,

I am raising the dispute on Maharashtra Traffic Police Echallan No. PNCCC[protected] Fine:2000 received on 03.11.2022

On the day 02.11.2022, we are travelling with our 1-year & 8-year-old kids & our vehicle speed not more than 65km/hr at Navale Bridge, Pune. Still we received the Echallan & in image showing speed 76km/hr. It might be because of speed measuring machine failure / malfunctioning.

Request you to please check the status & revert / cancel the E-challan.

Else, please provide some more information to understand the details :

1. When this speed measuring machine installed on given location
2. Provide the NABL calibration certificate of speed gun with calibration against which BIS STANDARD
3. Speed gun manufactures details
4. Gap between the measured speed and the true speed which is specified during calibration As per BIS.

Request you to please provide the above information, so that I will pay the unpaid Echallan.

In front of our office there is no parking zone and board, road is really too small and still peoples are parking their bikes on the road, we are facing too much issues

Hi team,

Municipality truck driver was driving wrong way which blocked two way lane..
Heavy traffic was followed due to it.
Misusing the resources he had with him.
Please take appropriate action

Patrakar Chowk Senapati Bapat road, near symbiosys college traffic signal - there is a failure is its working due to which traffic congestion is happening as well as it is getting prone to dangerous accidents. Appreciate it if you could take a look into it asap.

From the past two days i.e. from 18 October the traffic signals on the Shankar seth and Hidayatullah road intersection are not working. The coordinates are as follows 18.5020572, 73.8752028.
The situation is very dangerous as it is leading to a complete chaos for people. Immediate action should be taken for its restoration...

I have Received 2 Traffic E- Challan No. PNCCC[protected] & PNCCC[protected] Dtd 28.09.2022 for Without Helmet & Withoud Mirror.
But this Challans are not Related to my Vehicle because that Vehicle captured in photos & my Vehicle is Differant.
That Person also not me & that vehicle also not mine. Due to invisible Number Plate it is wrongly Charged to Me. That means I think Insted of MH 12 MH 4744 it is charged to My Vehicle MH 12 MP 4744.
So Please Resolve this .
For reference i have attached photos of Captured in E- Challan & My Vehicle. See the Diff Between both Vehicle & remove this Challan from my Vehicle Reg No.

Sir,
I have received E challan no PNCCC[protected] for violating traffic rules riding without helmet. However my vehicle registration no. MH 12 PL5198 is with me at Air Force station Halwara(Punjab) since 25th July 22. The date of violation is 16th October 22 at 1523 which is not possible. Pls look into the matter

Here near vaishno devi Mandir of pimpri there is an red coloured hand cart conducting business of vada pav the proprietor name is Ramesh nasta
he creates an traffic jam every time its becoming harder and harder to travel form this road pls give him a warning or just take his hand cart which is red coloured

A motorbike rider is creating nuisance revving his bike and riding dangerously fast for more than 1 hour near Datta Mandir Chowk repeatedly. He tends to do this everyday around the same time. Please look into the matter. It is causing a lot of trouble for old people, kids studying and even babies.

The Sakore Nagar road has bikers often using footpaths to reach their journey faster in case of traffic jams on the main road, causing hazard to the pedestrians.

Me and my friend was in hurry for a medical emergency so we went at wellness forever medical tilak road. At the stage of quickness we parked our vehicle half on the footpath in that hurryness.it was emergency so we forgotten but when we gone in the medical on for 2 minutes the toling vehicle came and asked. we said them it was emergency we were apologizing for the mistake but he asked for lisence and taken it and asked for pay bill of 2000 first we were college student and were not have that enough money but they didn't said anything and only telling to pay the bill, then we taken money from stranger and paid the actual bill of 1286 l, first we apologise for our mistake but the situation was very crucial, we didn't like the nature and first is this the Indian law??
We were begging for people to give cash because the timing was not correct we were not having the money on time you should think about it if its there any emergency then what can we do??

Vishrantwadi is the very populous area due to nearby airport, many small company, many banks, many hospitals, chemist shop, medical laboratory, mini PMC bus stand, vegetable stall as well as all types of vendor shop.
I see in Vishrantwadi very less designated parking slot (If I become more precise then no parking slot at all). And important thing is for no-parking there is only small board which is at un-visible location and no proper marking on area ( by using paints) which indicate no-parking.
Many people have medical urgency, they park their 2-wheeler near hospital or medical store but due to no proper "no-parking" marking on road with paints, Traffic police tow vehicle when people are in emergency state.

I request you, please mark "with paints" parking as well as no-parking area in Vishrantwadi so that people will not face any towing issue. All the sign-board are installed at un-visible location.

Also, I see no traffic police at Vishrantwadi chowk to handle traffic problem due to which very heavy traffic in chowk (even though traffic signal are there but many 3-seater autos are parked on road going towards dhanori from vishrantwadi chowk due to which back-pressure traffic created which block junction at vishrantwadi chowk) . Please appoint some traffic police at chowk so that we will get relief from traffic problem.

Traffic police was very rude as I was ready to pay the challan and not give him the money he wanted from me other than challan .
My 2 wheeler was in no parking but he changed the offence to "CAUSING DANGER / OBSTRUCTION OR UNDUE INCONVENIENCE..."
This offence is for the vehicles which are WRONGLY PARKED AND DISABLED but still he towed it and filed a challan on it and i paid the challan right away because he was very rude to me and taking away my bike.
He fined me RS. 785 but actually the no parking fine in Pune currently is 150+20 as I searched on GOOGLE.

PLEASE RECORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG.

I'm not happy with the behaviour of our traffic policemen . They're rude at times !!!

The car with number MH14JW0032 s driver was doing rash driving and had given a cut to me and my friend who were standing aside of road it was serious issue if he had lost is littel bit control we would die it could be a serious accident bcz of the drivers fun

I visited general store and there was no parking space in front of store. Traffic police officer named Amol Toraskar can with towing truck. I was right there, however he was adamant/extremely arrogant and not listening at all. Since my vehicle was old and of other city, it wasn't visible in his system. I showed the color e-copy of RC book which was paper format. But he was adamant that since vehicle is not visible sitting all sort of charges. If a vehicle is not visible in system then it is not fault of owner, but police officer seems to interested in exploiting this but saying vehicle not visible in system.

There were other four wheelers also on the road but he was picking up only two wheelers. Reasons probably he knows the best.

The officer and his crew did seem to be interested in true traffic control as they were selecting in who to charge. Treatment his verbal language are clear indicated a abuse of power.

My daughter is studying at euroschool kharadi near Eon phase 2. I go there daily to drop and pick up and on daily basis I observe that PPL take wrong turn as there is no cctv over there or there is no one standing there to route traffic.. also students of few colleges I suspect dhole Patil engineering college they drive their vehicles very dangerously and mostly trippl e seat ..and without helmet .. it has created a big safety issue for small kids and also for college students . I request you to kindly look into it

Kindly review vehicular movement near Fatima Nagar petrol pump. Vehicles coming from pulgate are always speeding and vehicles coming from Prince of wales drive road going towards St Patrick's School are always in danger of getting hit by the speeding vehicles. Kindly put a signal at the junction(turn) near the petrol pump.

Maharashtra Traffic Police — Wrong Chalan. Defaulting Vehicle Not Owned by Me.

I have received SMS asking me to pay Rs 500/- against Challan No PNCCC[protected] within 15 days on https://mahatrafficchallan.gov.in/p/256f6257.
On checking it is found that there are two challans against Vehicle Honda City (as seen from attached photograph) bearing Registration No MH 12 HN 7586. I am not owner of this vehicle.
I do not know how this vehicle is linked to my mobile number on which I have received instructions to pay the fine.
The challan should be sent to real defaulter and cancelled against my name.
