I Dr. Rajesh Sonsale, was taking my kids home from their class in school. But my phone got switched off and kids were hungry. So i just put bike for 2 min in front of AAD M shop well inside near the shop in Karishma complex lane. So that just to make small kids sit inside and put phone to charge there and came back and sat on vehicle to park it on other side of road. But the guys with traffic van just ran and tried to take my key out but I refused so they went and put lock to rear wheel of my bike saying we are going to tow the vehicle for violation of traffic rule. There was no no parking board there inside. I asked them proof of violation but they had no valid proof. But then he threatened me that we will take vehicle and what proo[censored] have that we have your vehicle. What a way to threaten. I requested them to consider the scenario and even if I am at fault make e challan with evidence and let me go as I was in hurry to drop kids and attend the waiting patients but they made me get down forcibly and put vehicle in towing van and then asked me to pay total challan including towing charges. Kids were with me and had to rush to hospital. I asked audiance with police officer Ms. Farahana Shaikh. But she rather advised ( threatened)me that I should be thankful that as kids are with me they would just leave vehicle here but on payment of full charges with towing charges. So I had no choice but to accept the way they were behaving. Please tell me if charging towing charges in this way legal when you forcibly make rider get down and put vehicle on van just to threaten him? Secondly If I request to make e challan with evidence if I was at fault and letting me go was not enough? They treated me like a criminal who will run away if left now. If they had proof why they had to put lock to rear wheel forcibly when I was sitting on vehicle and make me get down n put vehicle in van in front of me and then threaten me to pay towing charges more or else come with kids to paud chowky and then take vehicle. I repeatedly told them my situation and request to make e challan that I will pay online but they refused and were adamant on it giving reasons. They left me only after i scanned and paid whole amount including towing charges. Please help me. And sorry if this is the standard operating protocol. Thanking you

I travelled from Hirabagh Chowk to Dattawadi Mhasoba Chowk Pune in Auto. I travel this path often and the fare is approx 35 to 40rs. However this Auto Rickshaw meter showed 80 rs for the same path and I could not argue about it being tampered as I had no Idea what just happened.

Place - Omkareshwar Mandir and Balgandharva Bridge

More than 20-30 four wheelers are parked in omkareshwar Mandir area.. Many four are parked for years with no owner..
This causes blocking of road and very small passage for vehicle.moment

We park vehicular on Baner road there was no board as no parking, but they jammed vehicles and telling us to collect vehicle at police station. When we asked about no parking boards they showed boards which more than 100 m away. We discussed with the lady called shahida shaikh, her behaviour is so impolite. She was blaming that you educated people have more tantrums than uneducated people, so bad experience

The vehicle for which the challan is cut does not matches with my bike. There has been error in judging the bike as well as the vehicle no.

On 3/2/2023 i parked my 2 wheeler suzuki access 125 MH12HW9860 near wadia college as parking was full I parked it outside footpath n it was towed by towing vehicle. I went to VVIP circuit house paid ₹786 fine but i saw that there were scratches on my vehicle. As you are towing vehicle & even taking fine you should make sure that the vehicle should not get damaged while towing .The staff is very rude. I'm sending below images of scratches that are made to my vehicle. Please look into the matter & keep check on your employees.

I informed Mr.Pethkar to pay it. He has ignored it.
Now I have received notice from SAMA to pay fine in LOAK ADALAT.

I request transfer this notice to Mr.Pethkar for payment of fine, as he is driving / using the scooter.

Two times Bundgardean traffic police has pulled my bike from parking area "Nucleas chopati parking". both the time they have not shown me any vedio and told me that someone must have pulled your bike from parking to park his/her bike. I asked them to show me vedio or photo they told me it has been deleted now you pay the fine, now as per the rule I have paid the fine
As they have not shown me any video I found this suspecias/fraudulent activity. Please investigate this and if possible provide me vedio of no parking area

Today 18th January 2023, my two wheeler MH12KU9218 was in no parking opposite Medplus, Mukundnagar, Pune at 7.00 pm evening. I also reached at same time and was ready to pay the fine immediately but the Towing person forcefully lifted the vehicle and asked me to pay penalty + Towing charges which summed up to Rs 785.00.
The towing person was very rough and arrogant, I don’t understand who has given them rights to speak so rudely with citizens. Traffic police should should first step down and then only the process should be started. I complained to the lady traffic police Kadam but she too started blaming me for nothing, I just asked her does that person has right to speak to me in this manner and if I was ready to pay fine immediately why he was only interested in towing the vehicle, only for loading the towing charges ???
I request you to look into this matter and take necessary action. Set an SOP that only the authorised traffic police person will speak with the vehicle owner.
Also refund my Towing charges at earliest.

I am an ex Army officer, senior citizen aged 80 years. i was e-challaned ( Challan No PNCCT[protected] Dt.: 09-Jan-2023 11:41 Veh.No.: MH12RF7055) for violation for parking my car in a NO PARKING ZONE in Vishrantwadi Market area on Alandi Road. However, there were no visible signboard to indicate NO PARKING in that area.
The Lady Police officer who challaned me wanted to tow away my vehicle but in view of my age and the attendant hassles, i requested her that i will pay the fine on the spot and not to tow away the vehicle. She agreed and as demanded by her i paid Rs 1072 on the spot. The car was NOT towed away.

However, i later came to know that the fine for such violation is only Rs 500 and balance amount is to meet the Towing expenses. I do not know why she charged me Towing charges when my vehicle was not towed by them at all. I had paid the money through Paytm ( i didn't have credit/debit card on me at that time) at 11.37 am to the account of her assistant Shri Sandeep Kantilal kamble, whereas the challan was made after that @ 11.41 am and i could see it only when I went to e challan site of the Department a couple of days later.

The Traffic Police Department refuses to accept my complaint since Challan is related to towing charges. ( Screenshot enclosed)

I should get complete refund of the amount since there was no signboard in the area for NO PARKING . Even granting it is indeed a violation, i should have been only charged Rs 500 /- and at least the towing charges should be refunded to me since NO TOWING of my Car was done by the police officer concerned.

DEAR SIR,
My driver was driving my vehicle proper way in chakan, he had used his seatbelt. Your trafic police stopped him after signal & ask to get down from vehicle. My driver downed, after he down, ploce ask him sit on stering, then trafic police took photo & uploaded for charging fine Rs. 700 reasoning no seat belt & jump the signal.

The traffic signals at Dhanukar Colony Chowk, near Shashwat Hospital, on Karve Road, Pune are malfunctioning. On 14th January 2023, at 9:59 am, the signal closest to Cummins Circle was green. As I approached to move ahead with my car, the signal adjacent to me turned green, even though the first signal was still green. Then as the signal adjacent was still green and mine was red, the signal opposite to me turned green, creating utter chaos. When my signal finally turned green, the one adjacent to me also turned green.

Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible to prevent accidents, thank you!

There is a stretch of road from Kokane Chowk to Park Royal building at Rahatani Pune 17.
The road is very wide with 3 lanes and properly constructed footpath.
Unfortunately the footpath is used by vehicles mainly two wheelers to park there. As a results pedestrians have to walk on the street.
See the attached photo opposite shahi bhoj restaurant.
The foothpath has been all used up by two wheeler parks on it.
Please take some action on it.

2 challans have been charged on the same picture at the same time. I believe it's by mistake kindly look into the same and let me know so that I can proceed ahead for the payment.

My son Anurag Dhananjay Kulkarni has applied for passport renewal at Indian Embassy in San Francisco USA. The status of his application is showing as pending for police verification. The police verification report needs to be received from Warje Police Station, We need to travel to India urgently so please address this issue as soon as possible. His File Number is US[protected].

Llegal parking can include overstaying time limits, parking in a restricted zone without permission, parking in a way that blocks traffic, or failing to park safely and appropriately.sometimes blocking it completely making footpath

Dear Pune Traffic Police,
With regards to challan no PNCCT[protected] this was issued today[protected] at 12.17 pm for obstruction of public place.
My Vehicle was parked on the side of the road along with many other vehicles and it was not causing any obstruction also the road is a 2 way broad road and vehicle movement is very less as it is a under developing area.
We were forced to pay the challan by the officer as he was not releasing the vehicle . There was no offence of NO PARKING / P1 / P2 etc. Also the images clicked were when they pushed my car back and and made it look like it was parked on the turning .
We requested the officer to re check the charges but he was adament that he has issued the ticket and shall release the car only once payment is done.
As i wanted my car back i did pay the amount of Rs 1071.12 but this is harassment for the common public and a way to loot money for violation not done.
My car does not have a single violation till date and we make sure to abide by the law.
This is not the way common citizens should be harassed . Incase if i had violated he could have just issued a violation challan of Rs 500 . But he also charged towing fine which was only used to click the image and car was not towed to the police station.
Also he was threatening that if he the car is towed to the station he would charge RS 3500 in total.
Request you to kindly verify my claim and do justice, if citizens are harassed by the police were should we go .
Also the mahatrafficechallan site does not accept towing grievance.
