E Cchallan sent to me was of a hero honda splendour while my vehicle is an activa. There is a mistake by camera viewers as the number of vehicle is not visualised correctly

HOW CAN THIS BE SOLVED

My mobile number got linked to wrong two wheeler vehicle by mistake. Please help me for this.

I have been wrongly charged with the above fine. The images shows an Auto Rickshaw halting ahead of white line while I have a Hero Honda CBZ Bike. Kindly checked the attached photo for better clarity & remove the fine from my name. Registration no. of Auto Rickshaw is MH12UA2385

humble request to commissioner of police who supervised without helmet challan to ensure no such wrong challan be issued and 900 paid by me to avoid impounding of vehicle/licence be refunded

I am Manish Kumar. I do service in Indian Navy in visakhapatnam. I want to complain against Maharashtra traffic police. On 23rd oct 2018 I was in pune. i was with my friend along with her scooty which was parked in front of a restaurant. One lady traffic police came nd locked the scooty and she was asking for paying fine of Rs 200 because that was a no parking zone. I nodded, she asked for my driving license..I showed her...she punched in the DL no. On a kind of swapping machine..again she told me "you have already been fined Rs1700 so you have to pay total Rs 1900."
I shocked and told her" before it no traffic police had stopped me and asked for pay the fine for violation so how could then."
She was insisting on me to pay the fine.finally i paid all the fine.
Today, I got this message

I go through the site.after feeding the challan no. as above mentioned i found in the result (attached)that the traffic police that had made me pay extra fine which i have not supposed to pay because the fine of Rs1700 was not mine.it was from another person and today also i got the above message which was irrelevant to me
Here the driver's names are different and fine have been charged in Maharashtra whereas i m in visakhapatnam right now.

What do the Maharashtra traffic police do?
Is it a fraudulence charge?
I want to revert back my money which had not supposed to be paid..

I request to u please let me know how could it be happened with me and please take necessary action against this.

I have also getting wrong challay issue. The given image bike is totally different it's colour model and owner also.
My bike number is MH 12 PG 0754. AND BIKE IS BLACK COLOUR SHINE 2017 MODEL.

Police Kishor Shankar Shinde at 2.30 pm on Apte Road, Pune jammed my i10 car in P2 saying all the area is reserved for Rickshaw, collected fine 200 and threatened.
He was behaving arrogantly with shirt buttons open and challenging that no complaint can harm him in any way.
