Pune Traffic Police — U - turn sign board is dirty and sign is not clear at nal stop pune

Today when i was taking turn from nalstop two traffice police stop my two wheeler and fine me for wrong turn but sign was so dirty and not visually clear. But traffic police was very much disparate for taking the fine, i told him that u-turn sign is not visually correct and required to be changed.Instead of considering my suggestion, he told me that you have to complaint the traffic police office. I said that if you are on duty then why you are not taking action even it is seen in front of you. But both are very busy in fine collection instead of controlling the traffic.
