Pune Traffic Police — wrong challan traffic

Challan number pnccc[protected] is showing rs 500 and vehicle number is mh12qn1486
But image not showing my vehicle kindly check worngly charge me challan.. I haven't receive sms and letter since last march 19. Pls check n confirm is it correct challan charge to me if correct pls share me proof where i break the rule.. Or remove my challan from portal.
