Punjab National Bank — complaint not resolved more than 90 days | |||
Dear sir/ madam, It is in reference to my complaint no # a[protected] / a[protected] dated: 04.02.2020 related to faudulent transactions happened in my account no [protected] by the name rahul kumar dixit for an amount rs 10000/- and rs 8500/- via atm withdrawl through my debit card which was in my custody. I have lodged a fir and compliant on customer care also, submitted all the required at my home branch rohini sector-18 delhi-110085. But, till date no action has been taken and i am regularly following up with customer care and the branch manager mr. Harsh for the status. Customer care says that your complaint is resolved and you have to visit the branch and branch manager says investigation is going on we will update you. In the wake of covid -19, my dependecy is more on this amount as i don't have any other source of income. Yesterday, he told me to come with kyc and your amount will be credited but again he sent me back as usual stating "investigation is going on we will update you", this way he started harassing me. The behaviour of branch head is very rude as if i am asking for any donation. I am really not happy with the service and kind of response which i get from the branch manager mr. Harsh. Requesting you to an urgent action on my complaint and update when will the amount get credited to my account because it being more than 3 months. Regards Rahul kumar dixit Ph.
